00:00When I met you, you were crying in my galley.
00:05I was your flight attendant four years ago and here I'm crying on your show now.
00:09And we sat in my galley and you cried and cried because you were going through so much and here
00:14I'm at your show now.
00:16Do you remember what I was going through at the time?
00:20Yes, I did. I did.
00:20You were just bawling and I just was holding you.
00:35Yeah, that was a really, really hard year. Thank you. It was actually the year I stopped drinking.
00:42You know, when you stop drinking, it's not like all your problems go away.
00:45There's a ton of work to be done.
00:47It's a way to honor yourself and be consistent and let the room in for other things.
00:54But it doesn't seem like that biggest first step is the awareness of, the not in denial, the listening to
01:04the thing.
01:05And does anyone here else, like I knew for me my number one problem in life.
01:12And it could be different for everyone, but just mine happened to be drinking.
01:17Like, it was just alcohol was a poison for me and I turned to it because I didn't want to
01:23feel.
01:24I felt better when I drank.
01:26So, I would turn to it.
01:29Knowing it, like, is such a big part of it.
01:34Well, I feel like I'm going to need your phone number too.
01:37That was the reason we met that day.
01:40And thank you for letting me be so honest and transparent with you then.
01:45And thank you for being that with me now.
01:47I don't think we're going to get anywhere unless we're honest with ourselves and each other.
01:51So, I love you and I'm so glad that we're here today talking about this.
