00:01Honestly, more than anything, I want to say thank you to him and his mum
00:04for giving me a little bit of freedom to go and get well in that moment,
00:07because I had to.
00:08There's no point trying to be a dad when you've got nothing to teach,
00:10and I don't think up until this point I really had much to say to him
00:15other than just caring for him deeply and loving him very deeply,
00:17which obviously are the most important things,
00:18but I just kind of feel like I've got more of a grip on life now
00:21and everything that was kind of getting away from me,
00:22I kind of have got more of a handle on it, let's say.
