00:03So our design goal is to get creative
00:06and find a fun way to give them more living space.
00:09We can't really change the square footage of the home.
00:11The home is really adorable.
00:13It is.
00:14And it is a nice layout.
00:16So we are instead going to leverage the huge backyard,
00:23which will essentially double their living space.
00:27Wow.
00:27This is a lot different from how we saw it the last time.
00:31Yeah, this is wild.
00:32So the last time we saw this, it was just nothing but debris.
00:36So this is great.
00:37I mean, we have a great space here to work with.

01:16You know, I had turf at my house, and I put it over cement,
01:22and it made such a big difference for my kids.
01:26And for me, I was pregnant, so I was slipping on the tile
01:29when it gets wet, and it's not good.
01:31So it made my yard just feel more friendly and usable.
01:37And, you know, people can just sort of lay out and have, like,
01:39a picnic anywhere, basically.
01:41So all of this is going to be turf.

01:43And then we were thinking of putting, like,
01:45a little swing set, because they have little twins.
01:47Small children.
01:48And they have big dogs.
01:50Right.
01:50And they have four kids.
01:51It's a lot happening at this house.
01:53For sure.
01:54And then, yeah, we turf right up to it.
01:56This will all be the same thing.
01:57Just usable space for them to deal with and enjoy.
