00:13Shaken, troubled, let down,
00:16worried for the wellbeing of people on all sides
00:19of what's been going on and full of questions.
00:23You, me and all of us at this morning gave our love
00:26and support to someone who was not telling the truth.
00:29Who acted in a way that they themselves felt
00:32that they had to resign from ITV
00:34and step down from a career that they loved.
00:37That is a lot to process.
00:39And it's equally hard to see the toll that it's taken
00:42on their own mental health.
00:45I think what unites us all now is a desire to heal
00:49for the health and wellbeing of everyone.
00:52I hope that as we start this new chapter
00:54and get back to a place of warmth and magic
00:57that this show holds for all of us,
01:00we can find strength in each other.
