00:00Your lovely late wife, Joan, that was her thing.
00:02If you could find a pocket full of happiness in every day.
00:05Yeah, she said to me four days before she died, she said to my daughter and I,
00:08I know that you're going to be sad, but try and find a pocket full of happiness in each day.
00:12And it's been an amazing mantra to navigate the abyss of grief, you know, the last 15 months.
00:17So I'm very grateful for that.
00:18I've just got to say I'm in awe of how Rich has dealt with the last 18 months.
00:22Oh, thank you.
00:23And most people would be flawed and polaxed and not be able to function.
00:30And yet you somehow, I don't know, there is something slightly abnormal about Rich.
00:35I think if we took him apart, we'd find an extra part.
00:38There's something extra he's got.
00:40And Joan herself said he's not normal.
00:45No, but you just are extraordinary and a phenomenon.
00:48What you've done since.
00:50Most people wouldn't be able to function.
00:52But you've taken each day and tried to live it.
00:55And thank God for her message.
00:57But, and you, you carry her.
01:00Yeah.
01:00And you've helped.
01:01Because, you know, you've only got one chance.
01:02Yeah, exactly.
01:03And I think you've given a lot of strength to a lot of other people who have gone through similar
01:07and lost so many.
01:09So many people have lost people.
01:10Yes.
01:14So many people have lost people.
01:14Yes.
