00:04Since being a mum Christmas has got the excitement all over again. Before Mia came
00:08along it was still great but now with a child the excitement's there, the
00:13build-up's there. Christmas Eve is just so so wonderful. It's like you being a
00:18child all over again really.
00:24Next year when she goes to school I would imagine she will be doing a
00:28nativity. I would love to say I'd help her out with acting tips but I think I
00:32was like donkey three in our nativity. I kind of just had to stand there with
00:37these fake ears. And now when it's painted what you do is this. Wow! Makes
00:46Christmas tree shapes.
00:49Today has been so much fun. We've made wrapping paper out of potatoes which I
00:55never thought I would do. Mia actually knew how to do it better than me. It's a
00:59very messy task yeah but it's one of those tasks whereby it's expected, it's
01:04fun. Mia absolutely loved it and to be fair it's cheaper, it's more fun, it's
01:10bonding time with your child and it's something to be proud of on Christmas
01:13Eve when you see it there under the tree thinking that's my work of art.
01:16I did it. Did you do it? Wow! That looks cool missus.
01:26The Make There's Magic campaign is wonderful. Fisher Price Play Lab have
01:31basically teamed up with Family Action for their annual Christmas toy campaign.
01:34They're donating thousands of toys to the campaign so they can come to families
01:38across the UK who could do with a helping hand this Christmas. It's really
01:42reassuring to me as a parent to know that the toys have been created by experts
01:46you know the expertise have gone into making this toy more than just a toy and
01:52I think with the Fisher Price toys the fact that they can grow and develop as
01:57your child does it's something they can have for years because not only is it fun
02:02for them I remember growing up toys were a certain comfort.
