00:11after more than 3,600 shows. Povich began his career as a radio reporter in Washington, D.C.
00:17in 1962 before moving to television, hosting a current affair, we all remember that, before
00:22launching Maury back in 1991, where he quickly became a household name, thanks in great part
00:26to those bombastic relationship reveals. Maury saying in a statement he was actually ready
00:31to retire six years ago, but yep, he agreed to one more deal. New episodes of Maury will
00:37air through September, and the man himself, Maury Povich, will join us live right here on
00:42GMA this Wednesday morning for his first interview about a very big decision in his life. Looking
