00:01Afternoon all. Right, I'm a little bit excited. I'm going to kneel down. That's how excited I am.
00:06I think I've come up with a pretty good plan for Valentine's Day for Annie for like the first time
00:09in our 25 year relationship. I've spoken to my mate, Ben Reid, who is a mixologist with cocktail
00:17credentials. He wrote the book called Cocktails, legend of a barman and mixologist, and asked him
00:23to design a bespoke cocktail for Annie that I could try and recreate for Valentine's Day. So
00:28not only has he done this, he sent me all the ingredients here, but we're going to try and
00:31create it live. He's going to talk me through it Friday on my Instagram live. So if you wanted to,
00:36you could join in, ask him loads of cocktail-y questions. Who doesn't need a cocktail at the
00:40end of homeschooling me? The sort of ingredients he said, but I've not had a look at this yet.
00:43We're going to be straining stuff here. Some lemons, grapefruit, some tonic. I know there's
00:52gin involved. There's cava involved and peeling stuff. Not sure how it's all going to come to
00:59but that will become clear on Friday evening on my Instagram. So if you fancy joining in and finding
