00:04Kindness means everything to me. It's something I've believed so much in my life growing up and
00:10you know I as I get older I realize how important it is not just to be kind because you
00:19have to be
00:20kind. Being kind makes you feel better. You radiate positivity. You generally get that
00:27positivity back and it's not a hard thing to do you know. It really isn't and we live in a
00:35time when
00:36so many things are happening. You know it's not just about yes viruses and all sorts of things but
00:42I'm talking about the fact that the pressures on people's lives and school and work and everything
00:48that happens and people that can't work and can't go to school and there's so many people that all
00:55they need is a bit of kindness in their lives just to make their lives a bit easier. So I'd
01:01say the
01:01impact kindness has had on my life has been mega. My parents instilled it in me and I'm so adamant
01:08in instilling that in my children and sometimes you know my kids will ask me they say oh dad why
01:14does
01:14everyone say hello to you? Why is everyone nice to you? And I said well I hope it's because we're
01:19nice
01:20to people. You know if you're nice to people generally you will get that that sort of positivity
01:26back. Not always but generally you will. And so I commit to saying hello to everybody. My kids get
01:35mad at me because they're like dad you say hello to everyone and you know what if they don't want
01:39to
01:39say hello to you? And I'm like look that's just me. I just like saying hello to everyone. You know
01:43when you walk past someone just say how are you? Or we say in Australia g'day but whatever you want
01:47to
01:47say just say how are you? You know even if they don't answer you back don't get annoyed. You've
01:54put it out there. You've put positivity out there. It's so important guys. Anyway lots of love.
