00:08on the telly and now I'm handing myself over to you you're in the driving seat
00:13I've got this okay right Teddy when that book goes out there what does that make
00:19you feel did you worry about possibly the impact it could have on your family
00:25on on us Amy put it really well the other day she's read the book and she said I
00:31knew what you were going through but I didn't know how you felt she found it
00:34difficult because although it's really helpful that's your mom and and she hates
00:38to think of a mom feeling sad and she said wow mom you're like mrs.
00:43incredible you just stretched over the top of us and it was like bullets were
00:48pinging off you and all you were doing were letting us play and I just wanted
00:52to cry because I protected them from some of the bumps that they weren't ready
00:57to have yet but in terms of parenting there's still a bit of that that will
01:02stay the same because kids need a captain we're in a really really good place do
01:07you think we've got still got a long way to go no I think we're in a great place
01:12I mentioned on the telly one time in passing that we had been for counseling
01:18the headlines were you know marriage in crisis Andrew's marriage in crisis and I
01:24just felt so angry and upset because it did such disservice to any couples who
01:29were going through any kind of difficulty because they'd be too frightened to get
01:33help therapy was amazing for us we weren't going because we were in trouble
01:39we were going because I was in trouble for me it was learning to communicate when I
01:45wasn't comfortable with with certain things the whole crux of the book is you can that's
01:52it in a nutshell because you know so many of our problems that we we have in life comes
02:00because you think you can't change anything about it what next for you what next oh my
02:07goodness I can't wait to everyone's feedback how this book has changed their life I had the
02:12most beautiful beautiful message today someone who remained nameless texted me
02:16today and just said you will save lives that chokes me up because if I can save
02:25anyone that just fills me with so much joy I know the amount of people from your
02:32previous book that came up to industry and one woman saying you've saved my life a
02:37man coming up saying you've given me my wife back I know that this book is even
02:44better than that and I know you are gonna change so many lives for the good well
02:50done it's awesome thank you make me cry now
