00:00I am doing good, actually. It's pretty busy, but it's all good stuff.
00:04Oh, the boss is here.
00:05Oh, there you go, guys.
00:07I tried to book Captain America, but I managed to get Captain Wales instead.
00:13It's even better.
00:17The banter certainly hasn't improved in the last few months, that's for sure.
00:21Hello.
00:24Hey!
00:26How's everyone?
00:30You're in Australia, are you?
00:31Yeah. I don't sleep much, but it's 6.30 in the morning.
00:35Don't blame me. Blame JJ.
00:36It's near our bedtime here. That's what it is.
00:40Good to see you all back together, though.
00:42Yeah, we did an insane amount of miles.
00:44It was these three came up with the idea, and then I joined in afterwards.
00:50So, yeah, it was a shock to me that we were all signed up for 500 kilometres plus.
00:55But we just grinded them out.
00:58It felt good being part of a team again with these guys.
01:01And we were chatting on WhatsApp and joking around.
01:04And it gets you motivated.
01:06And when you see Bruno put up his stats, you go,
01:09Oh, I've got to go and do a ride now.
01:11I feel like I'll be his.
01:14With lockdown and everything else that's been going on,
01:16and the Hague being postponed as well,
01:19surely this was an amazing opportunity for you guys to come together,
01:23not only to do the physical side, which is improving your mental fitness,
01:27but to be together as a team doing something like this
01:30and having a goal and a purpose,
01:33and to some extent a distraction from the day-to-day life.
