00:00I don't know what you can see if you are, but when the camera zoomed in, we could see the
00:02boat was sitting very low in the water.
00:05They were all looked quite wet, and in fact, somebody on the left-hand side, on the port, was bailing
00:13out.
00:14The guy's sitting in the bottom of the boat.
00:17So, you know, you can see that actually, I don't think that boat is meant to hold that many people,
00:22is it?
00:27It's not, Kate, no. I mean, they would have left it sort of first light this morning on the coast
00:32of Calais.
00:34These are men that would probably have paid, you know, say, £5,000 or £6,000 to get on board
00:38that boat.
00:39We've just sort of eased off our wash now.
00:41We're going to obviously stay in the vicinity. There are strict rules here.
00:45We can't intervene at this stage. Yes, so I can just see that now, Kate, them bailing out the water.
00:51Matt, just keep the engines down.
00:53So we're going to keep an eye on this, and obviously, if they get into further distress, then we have,
00:58perhaps, it's a bit of a grey area,
01:02but then, of course, you have, well, you have to then, perhaps, intervene.
01:07But as I say, we have informed the Coast Guard Border Force are in the water this morning.
01:13They're literally just about a mile or so away.
01:15Are you guys OK? OK? Yeah, you OK, yeah?
01:21But they seem to be OK.
01:26And the Coast Guard, as I say, Ben and Kate, did spot them earlier on, a few minutes beforehand,
01:32but then veered off and went back into the port.
01:34But this is extraordinary, isn't it?
01:35This is what is happening pretty much on a daily occurrence at the moment.
01:40I'm sorry, Ben and Kate.
01:40Yeah, I'm sorry.
