00:04front line who have led the way very stoically, very bravely and put patient care right at the top of
00:11the list and have done a fantastic job.
00:13We value family centred care so much. Not being able to have families come in and spend that time and
00:20actually get to know the families as well as the patients has been a really big struggle.
00:25It's an amazing role that you're playing and a hugely tough one as well. We're in huge admiration for everything
00:30you're doing.
00:30We really trust each other. We really lean on each other. This in many ways has brought us closer together.
00:36We feel like this is our work family.
