00:14I want to say massive congratulations.
00:16Just huge, enormous, gigantic, gold-coloured congratulations.

00:28I just wanted to say congratulations on your fantastic achievement.
00:32And I know this isn't quite how you wanted to be rewarded.
00:35It was meant to be a big old event.
00:37I'm so sorry we're not celebrating in proper style.
00:40I am self-isolating in Australia in my daughter's bedroom.
00:44So I've found whatever I can to look as regal as possible.
00:47It's such a shame that we've had to reschedule this year,
00:50but for obvious reasons.
00:51We all know why, I won't go into that.
00:52I know to get this award, you've had to show many different criteria.
00:55You've pushed yourself, you've got out of your comfort zone.
00:58You've volunteered to help others, giving up your time.
01:02You've learned that you can overcome things that are pretty difficult,
01:05particularly on those big expeditions.
01:07You've also learned some rather transferable skills.
01:10And you can be certain that you've got the mental strength and stamina
01:12to cope with whatever life throws at you now.
01:15That's an enormous achievement.
01:16Incredible times call for incredible people,
01:19and that is exactly what you lot are.
01:22And I'd encourage you at this point to celebrate,
01:24to enjoy the moment,
01:25but also not to see this as the end of the long path to get to this point,
01:30but rather to see it as the springboard for everything that comes next.
01:32So if you can impart some of the lessons that you've learned along the way
01:36to people around you,
01:37you will be helping a lot of people, not just yourselves.
01:40I know how hard you've all worked, the sacrifices you've made.
01:43This is an achievement that you can and should be proud of for the rest of your life.
01:48And we'll all get through this together.
01:50Well done to everybody. Keep it going.
01:53I'm wishing you all the success in your future.
