00:15I honestly don't have a typical day. To be in Longleat running, you know, helping plan big events like the
00:21Food Festival,
00:22or the Head Air Balloon Festival, or working in Emma's kitchen, or doing some TV cooking, or working on a
00:26fashion job, or being a mum.
00:29We are always doing lots of different things, and it's so exciting to be able to do all these wonderful
00:34things all in one place.
00:41Working so closely with these incredible animals, doing conservation work, being involved in conservation projects with the rhinos, for example,
00:47is really rewarding and such an important thing for us to be aware of.
00:51So it's a great honour to be able to live here and work with these incredible creatures in this environment
00:55with the amazing team that we have,
00:56that care so passionately about all the animals we look after.
01:11The giraffes are definitely one of my favourite animals because they're so majestic and beautiful.
01:15I don't think anyone can look at a giraffe and not be in awe of how beautiful they are.
01:19But everything here is extraordinary. Seeing anything in real life is so impactful.
01:24But in an environment where they have a lot of space to roam, and they behave with their natural art
01:29instincts,
01:29so they're pretty feisty. All the animals here are beautifully looked after and happy,
01:34and every day you see something different.
