00:08There you go.
00:15Move that monocon.
00:17There you go.
00:24Move that monocon.
00:26There you go.
01:065, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
02:40It falls upon me as the elite athlete runner to the three of us to say a few words.
02:46It's not my words.
02:48Those were Paul Hunch.
02:48He told me that as I watched it.
02:51So I feel that I have to say something.
02:55We want to normalise mental health.
02:58We want to get people talking about it to be more normal to reduce the stigma.
03:02And by what you guys are doing, and having so many of you here today,
03:06we've already seen the benefit of joining in, and by being part of this marathon,
03:14we want to make it a mental health marathon.
03:16So we get more people talking and break down the stigma.
03:20You guys are crucial to making this happen.
03:22And we can't do without you.
03:24The very fact that you're all dressed here blue,
03:26well, there are some dodgy colours amongst them.
03:28But the blue with all that in their balance is fantastic.
03:30And if we can get all 13,000 runs in another marathon,
03:35we're in blue, heads together, headbands, that would be fantastic.
03:39And we'll also break a world record, which would be amazing.
03:43So I really hope your training goes very well.
03:45Thank you all for turning up here today.
03:48No doubt you're all going to know each other a bit better in the next few weeks.
03:51I'm sure some will be training together.
03:53Good luck with the training, and we look forward to seeing you on a good day.
04:34Kick us on all the things that you can do.
04:40oppression.
04:41So good.
04:42Cheers.
