01:03It started last week, but it's really been all the things we're talking about inside and out.
01:08And thinking about, as parents, how we manage the challenges and ups and downs that come along in our day

01:26at the end of the day, just wiped out, just exhausted with the schedule of things that have to be

01:38So I'm sitting on the sofa-sackle with your partner and kind of wanting, obviously knowing that you have time
01:45for yourself, but you just don't have that mental space sometimes and you kind of want to be quiet.
