00:13But in 2017 she tried her hand on boxing and it turns out that she loved it.
00:17Jen revealed that it's a form of exercise that she's done consistently for the longest period of time other than
00:22yoga.
00:23In a recent interview, Aniston explained that for her there's something about the mental aspect of boxing,
00:28the drills your brain has to do, you're not just sitting on a bike.
00:32She also confessed that boxing is a great way to get aggression out.
00:35She says that while you're in the ring you get a mental release of all this crap you're taking into
00:39your ears and eyes every day
00:40and have little fantasy moments imagining who you're actually punching.
00:44Of course Jennifer would never want to really harm someone,
00:47and though she says there is one person she frequently pictures herself pummeling during their sessions,
00:52she won't reveal who it is.
