00:38After graduating college with a dual degree in acting and international relations, Markle
00:42still had to work some more jobs to make ends meet while searching for her big break.
00:46Among them were serving as a briefcase girl on the game show Deal or No Deal, where she
00:51once got to meet Donald Trump, and setting up her own business doing professional calligraphy
00:55for things like wedding invites.
00:57Finally, you might be aware that Markle loves animals and has two rescue dogs at home.

01:06Apparently, Meghan was playing with a dog at a shelter, trying to decide whether to get
01:09him when Ellen, who happened to also be there and didn't yet know Markle, walked by and
01:14told her, you have to take that dog.
01:16Meghan brought the pooch home that same day.
