00:10I'm very excited. I'm also so excited that it's in Britain and that I'm here and they've asked me to
00:15do it in Britain, you know, because it's been many years that I haven't been out in, you know, formally
00:23out in public and this is a huge first for me.
00:26Like I said, it's the muscle that never sleeps. And I love the way we all need our hearts. And
00:33I know, let's not play on the love side of it, let's play on the fact side of it, that
00:38it is a muscle that never sleeps and we need to honour it more and listen to it more.
00:43And that's the messages for people, not just men and women, but people all over the world. I'd like the
00:50British Heart Foundation to lead from the front as an example that, you know, wake up and do something about
00:56looking after your heart.
00:58I'm fascinated. I'm like Charlotte Holmes. I want to go more and more about how it all works because I
01:03really am. I really love life and I'm really grateful to life.
01:08My girls' health and heart are extremely strong and doing very well. And so I don't worry at all because
01:18I know they keep good diets, they exercise and they are emotionally supported.
01:24So the stress levels aren't there. I take my own nutrition and health very seriously.
