00:05all about her new amazing summer edit for Outfit.
00:08Yes, so some of the brands that I'm going to be modelling here today, I've got Dorothy Perkins, Topshop, Miss
00:14Selfridge.
00:15I actually did an edit for Outfit last year, which went down well, because obviously I've been asked again.
00:23So when I got asked to do it again for summer, yeah, I was over the moon because of course
00:28I love the brand,
00:28but also summer is my favourite season in fashion. I love colour, I love print, so for me it was
00:36just, I was like a kid in a candy shop because I got to choose all these beautiful clothes.
00:40When I picked out my edits, it was very much clothes that I would wear, things that, you know, look
00:46like something that I would pick out and yeah, things that I would love to.
00:51But I think my style in itself is very much your average girl anyway, but yeah, everything's kind of things
00:59that I saw in the shop and I just run to straight away and I was like, oh my God,
01:02I have to have this in the edit.
01:03Obviously you've picked key pieces from each of these brands, what were some of your favourite?
01:06This is first Dorothy Perkins. Now I absolutely love this, denim was massive this season and I love how people
01:13were doing like the layering with the t-shirts underneath.
01:15I just think it makes it look really cool, really edgy. Then Miss Selfridge, I'm always a massive fan of
01:21Miss Selfridge's prints and they always do loads of like really girly floral prints.
01:27I think Miss Selfridge is a very like pretty brand. So this is a gorgeous floral print dress.
01:33So this is again, channeling the off the shoulder trend. I think this is great for a day piece, very
01:41loose, comfortable, again, gorgeous print and it'll make your tan show off.
01:45And I think fashion's very much about experimenting and trying new shapes and trying new styles and trying different colour
01:52palettes and experimenting and yeah, finding what suits you.
01:55And I've always been very much like that. I've always loved following trends, but I've always kind of liked to
02:02do my own thing as well and experiment myself with fashion.
02:04And I think that that's part of finding your own style. But I was obsessed with sex in the city
02:10growing up, like absolutely obsessed.
02:12I used to watch it back to back and actually that was one of the only reasons why I wanted
02:17to go on a date with Arjus because I thought you looked like Mr. Big.
02:21That was actually the reason. So I only really ever did want to go there because of that reason.
02:26But I was obsessed with her fashion, like always growing up and she was like my ultimate style icon.
02:32TOWIE kind of exploded, didn't it? It suddenly overnight was a huge success and it hasn't waned at all in
02:37its popularity.
02:39How do you kind of, how does that change you?
02:41Yeah, it was like instant fame really and it just blew up crazy and at the beginning it was really
02:45hard to get my head wrapped around it and I'd find it really weird going out and being recognised.
02:51You know, now I'm very much used to it because of we're quite a few years on, but I still
02:56like pinch myself and sometimes I think about, oh my gosh, what would I be doing if it wasn't for
03:01TOWIE?
03:01When I first got asked to do TOWIE, I basically went and lived in Spain and I was working in
03:07a bar out there, it sounds really ironic, but I was working in a waitress in a cocktail bar in
03:10Spain, in Marbella.
03:14And when they asked me to do it, I was all a little bit like, oh, I don't really know
03:18and James was on it and he was my ex at the time.
03:21I know he's my ex now, but obviously it was on-off, on-off.
03:23And I was like, oh, I don't know, like, I don't really want to, like, rain on his parade, maybe
03:27it's his thing.
03:28And I remember him going, just go for it, like, just come on it and, like, see, just, it'll be
03:33an experience.
03:34It's something you can tell your grandkids in years to come, say, oh, once upon a time I was on
03:37TV and I was like, oh, maybe.
03:40I called my mum and she was like, go for it.
03:42In the end, I obviously decided to do it, but I was umming and ahhing for a little while and
03:46thank God I did.
