00:10on the opening night of the Bel Air Film Festival in Los Angeles.
00:15Tippi is best known for her work in Hitchcock films The Birds and Marnie,
00:20and she was blown away by the honour.
00:23It is, it's awesome.
00:25I've been able to do a lot of very interesting things in my life,
00:29but to have an accolade for it is even better
00:34because it's, I look back on my life and the things that I've been able to do
00:41because I walked through a door that opened for me on every level
00:47and so to be honoured like this is really wonderful.
00:53So with such glittering careers between them, what has Tippi taught Melanie?
