Narrow Leaf Java Fern is a highly variable species, and new varieties are easily bred. Microsorum pteropus 'Narrow' has narrower leaves, which grow at a less acute angle from the stem than the normal Microsorum pteropus. Leaves becomes 10-20 cm and a rhizome from 10-15 cm or more. The plant attaches readily to roots and stones. A decorative plant, which is also suitable for smaller aquariums.

00:00Welcome back to Fizzy Biz!
00:02Hello there guys, good evening. Today is the 9th of August, 2026.
00:10I am making a video about this narrowleaf java fern.
00:18It doesn't look too impressive, but it survives. Doesn't it, Sarah?
00:27Yes, sausage and potatoes lie on it.
00:31You don't even have to look after it so much, you just leave it there.
