00:24¡In the challenging year

00:26for both faculty
00:28and the student body,
00:30I had the pleasure of teaching Ryan for his 12th grade English and Wellness classes at Fusion Academy, in a
00:38new form.
00:40From the first class session, Ryan shared his love and desire to create music.
00:47Ryan impressed me with his ability to actively seek opportunities to learn,
00:52whether it be from teachers, experiences, and with other musicians.
00:58His sensitivity to the nuances within music, and his passion for music, fashion, and creative expression, both in and out
01:09of the classroom.
01:10Ryan has a knack to pay close attention to details, a key quality of being a successful artist.
01:16Ryan spoke clearly about his conclusions and responded to questions in a thoughtful and humble way.
01:23Outside of the classroom, he is insightful, sensitive, and deeply self-aware individual,
01:31driven to explore social issues and a deeper understanding of the human condition.
01:38Throughout the year, Ryan was an active participant in our discussions,
01:42and his caring nature and personality allow him to this openness, to an empathy for the opinions, feelings, and perspectives
01:53of others.
01:55Along with the shrew powers of observation, all qualities that makes him outstanding as a student of the arts.
02:02I'm certain that Ryan is going to continue to do great and creative things in this future.
02:09He's talented, caring, intuitive, dedicated, and focused on his pursuits.
02:18Ryan is truly a stand-up individual who will impress everyone he meets and achieve his goal to create music
02:26or any other goal he sets his sights on.
