00:20¡Gracias!
00:44I think that a lot of people have help in some way or another,
00:49whether that be from their mother-in-law, parents, daycare, whatever it may be.
00:57And so I don't think it's really good to shame anybody when you don't know their situation,
01:03so I'll just start with that.
01:05I don't have a full-time nanny.
01:06What I do have is my nanny from when I was a little girl, Madison,
01:10who's been in a lot of my videos.
01:13She started with my family when I was three years old,
01:16and now if I am going on a trip or doing a film
01:21or doing something like Dancing with the Stars, she comes to help me out.
01:24Sometimes she'll come to Idaho and hang out with me here for a week or two
01:28and help me out with Lou,
01:30and I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
01:40You're doing a great job.
01:42Give yourself some grace.
01:45And in the moments where you feel overwhelmed
01:48or you don't have as much patience as you want
01:54or you just wish that you had five minutes alone
01:58or whatever it is that you're feeling,
02:00just remember that you're doing a really great job
02:03and that your child or children are so lucky to have you.
02:11and others can think of yourself,
02:12you know,
02:13that you're and your child or your child.
02:13And with the help of this,
02:13Welcome back to my Facebook page.
02:14I look forward to the Facebook page,
