00:06Only being here six and a half years, opening in May 2020,
00:10we've come a long way.
00:11Located less than half an hour from St Andrews,
00:14what can guests expect when they arrive?
00:17Most importantly, the welcome.
00:19We work very hard at our customer care,
00:21into our clubhouse,
00:22we've got retail therapy on the left with our friendly staff
00:25and then on the right hand side we've got our old barn
00:28where we sell a great selection of whiskies, our own lager
00:32and a little bit of tequila for some of the South Americans.
00:35What we do offer on the golf course is not unparalleled,
00:38but something very special we feel.
00:40We've got great views as you can see in the water.
00:43We have firm fairways and risk and reward elements to the golf course,
00:48which is really important and most interesting.
00:50Of five of our tees, we've got thought-provoking choice.
00:54Do we go left? Do we go right?
00:55I'm on the third hole here.
00:57It's a drivable par four, but it's a toughie.
01:00If you go for the green and you don't quite get it right,
01:03you can easily end up with five or six.
01:05However, lots of play on the right-hand side,
01:07big fairway, that's your choice.
01:09Go for the green, feel lucky or play safe and wedge on.
01:13That's the nuances of Dunbarney Lynx where choice matters.
01:17Part of the playing experience is certainly,
01:19I'd highly recommend getting one of our fully trained caddies.
01:22A very friendly bunch, they will knock shots off your score,
01:27but more importantly, you'll leave with a very good memory
01:29of somebody that's friendly, very keen to carry your clubs.
