00:21It's a great pleasure to be introducing this show to you
00:26As you might just have watched the two episodes which we showed this June
00:36It's kind of right in the middle of an epic war during the myriad
00:45So this show has been going on from 2020
00:51And up to now it's shown about 180 episodes in China
00:56Across the five, actually six year platform
01:00So we are glad to be working with BBBD
01:04The leading animation platform for China to bring this work to the audience
01:13So what is it about?
01:17I mean the Moral's Journey
01:18As I said, it's about a mortal trying to become immoral
01:24And his journey throughout his life
01:29His struggle, his cultivation, so-called progression through the ranks
01:37And in the end you want to achieve immortality
01:41Which is sort of a metaphor for ascension or getting into a status of purification
01:50So it is very Chinese Taoist philosophical thinking
01:56So I mean we all want to achieve a certain level of perfection through our life
02:02So this is how he works to become an immortal
02:09So during the journey he's through many stages
02:15Right now in this time of the show he's about 250 years old
02:22So he lives longer than already most of us
02:27And he's through the disciple age
02:31And he was through the basic cultivation era
02:37And now he's recently reached a new level
02:42It's called the nascent soul
02:43Which is a term in the Taoist literature
02:46It refers to a newborn soul
02:49Which means his inner self has just refreshed itself
