DepEd received P37.5M in confidential funds quarterly under VP Sara, says Wamil

Former Commission on Audit Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) state auditor Roderick Wamil testified on Tuesday, Aug. 4, that the Department of Education (DepEd) received P37.5 million in confidential funds every quarter under Vice President Sara Duterte's leadership.

Wamil said the amount was a fixed allocation that the agency withdrew in full every quarter.
