00:00Mr. Mexico, your final question, what does being a good man mean to you?
00:13Good night, everybody. Thank you for being here.
00:16What a good man is for me in these times is a man with purpose who can go inside herself
00:22and not be tempted for the outside, for the things that are sounding around the society
00:29and go inside because inside there are so many beautiful things to us
00:32to be more aware and conscious about what this world needs more.
00:37Thank you very much.
00:42Mr. South African, what challenge in your life has made you stronger and why your 30 seconds start now?
00:51I think it would be my baby boy.
00:54He is most definitely one of the biggest challenges for the parents outside there.
00:59But with the challenge came so much responsibility, came so much stepping outside of a comfort zone
01:04because I believe that you only grow outside of your comfort zones.
01:08So my boy definitely tested me to my limits, but I thank God for his life because it's a blessing.
01:17Mr. Dominican Republic, share your truth with us.
01:22What is one value you will never compromise, no matter where life takes you?
01:28Your time starts now.
01:31Thank you very much for your question.
01:33Honesty is a value that I would never give up.
01:36I grew up hearing my father tell me,
01:38son, work hard and do the right thing.
01:41He didn't talk about money or fame.
01:43So I encourage all the younger generation to work hard for their dreams, never give up and apply faith to
01:48that.
01:49Because when you work hard and never give up, eventually you have to accomplish your dreams.
01:54Thank you very much.
01:55And thank you.
01:59Mr. China, the stage and the world are listening.
02:04Who has had the greatest influence on your life and what did they teach you?
02:09My mother has the greatest influence in my life.
02:12Unfortunately, she has heart problems and couldn't fly here today, but I know she's with me.
02:17She came from a village, worked really hard, had good grades,
02:20but because of the cultural revolution in my country, she could not go to university.
02:23But she did not give up.
02:24She worked in factories, moved to my city, started family in her business,
02:28and she inspired me to become who I am, be an immigrant, be a success that I'd be making her
02:33proud.
02:38Mr. Spain, you are the final voice of this round.
02:44What is one lesson you hope every young man learns before becoming an adult?
02:50Your time starts now.
02:53In Dobre Polska, for me, the most important thing is one thing that my father teached me very good.
03:00He's a factor.
03:01I follow him, and finally, I think that the best thing that I can give to other young people is
03:08don't believe, don't take it out.
03:12Be proud of you, hard work, and this is it.
03:20Five powerful answers from five very different men who understand that leadership is not a title.
03:27It is a choice made every single day.
