00:27I've throughout that taken a lot from it and I feel that will be a big part of how I
00:33want to approach things moving forward as the leader of this team.
00:36More than anything it will be trying to continue a lot of the good stuff that we've done over that
00:42period and not finding ourselves back to where we were before Baz and Ben took over and sort of evolving
00:50and tweaking things to get us to where we want to be and really competing against the top nations consistently
00:57for a long period of time.
