00:15there are drastic impacts of climate change that i can see on the mountains that i'm climbing
00:21every year i see that the glacier is receding internally internally internally and so if i'm
00:26sitting in my bedroom and i am not feeling any massive impact of climate change but there is
00:32massive impacts of climate changes happening in very sensitive ecosystem we are nearing extinction
00:37it is not nearly a problem we have already entered the sixth mass extinction phase when we say the
00:44average temperatures are already one point above normal and they'll get to three degrees five
00:50degrees maybe even six degrees basically mean that 80 to 90 percent of all life on the planet
00:55is about to go extinct that's the severity of the problem we are facing it's not about the kind of
01:03daily weathers that we experience it's climate change everything is going to change and the
01:09planet will become inhabitable not only for us but for all species that we know of mass extinction
01:15that's what we are staring at and we are quickly rushing towards it because we do not experience
01:21it on our skins immediately so we feel as if it does not exist that's the first and the most
01:27cowardly way
01:28of dealing with a disaster denial just deny it it does not exist
