00:17Today, at Kinder, one of the largest nightlife establishments in Bogotá,
00:23Jaguar Meister and the Wings for Wheels Foundation,
00:25that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities,
00:28presents the accessibility kit.
00:31This free and practical guide is designed to guide bars, restaurants, festivals
00:37and nightlife spaces regarding the implementation of accessible and concrete changes
00:42for people with reduced mobility.
00:44The most important thing is the attitude.
00:46If you're willing, you can do anything.
00:49because there are technological tools that can help you.
00:52There are portable ramps, there are chairs that go up stairs.
00:54If you have the willingness, you can even have the human force that helps people get in.
00:59So, what we did was create a map from the moment the person arrives,
01:03from where the person is at home.
01:05So, it starts with communication in the bar.
01:07How do I communicate what accessibility resources I have, what I can count on,
01:10or what I don't have, I also don't count on it, so that the person knows what to expect.
01:14After the entrance comes the moment of the entrance,
01:16to notify where the person can get off,
01:19which can be easily reached by wheelchair.
01:21There is also a sign indicating the entrance for people with reduced mobility.

01:38And it's worse, because then they can neither drink, nor go out, nor enjoy themselves.
01:41Therefore, the bathroom is an important key point for bars,
01:45which was something like what we did in kindergarten.
01:46Service is also super important, why?
01:50Because people, generally due to ignorance, do not assume things.
01:56They then assume that the person does not have the freedom to speak,
01:58So they speak to the companion and not to the person.
