00:12And we kind of had like competitions on like where we were at and where we were rehabbing.
00:15It's just kind of talking to guys that have been through this process and just say like how you have
00:18to stay on top of it.
00:19I mean, like it's a long process.
00:21I remember sitting on the table and watching us play those last few games and how much it hurt me.
00:25But I knew that if I continue to work, I could be at this spot where I get cleared for
00:29practice.
00:29And now I'm just trying to get to that spot where I'm cleared to play in the regular season on
00:32that first week.
