They said it was just a walk at 3 a.m.—but the Chavacano haunting turned a beautiful woman into a HORSE-faced nightmare.
This is the true mystery that began with a cold alley and ended with an empty house that nobody can stay in.

After a late night trying to reach Santa Fe, a group of friends get forced off at Chavacano and end up wandering near the black-water retention dams in San Antonio. Around 3 a.m., they spot a tall woman in a white dress whose body seems unnaturally sculpted in the moonlight. When one friend follows her into a dark alley, he feels an unbearable horror-movie cold and escapes in terror—only to later wake from a long coma and claim that, up close, her face was that of a horse. Years later, the story echoes again when the narrator’s family rents a large house in Monterrey’s Sanitary Farm area (Valle Santa Lucía). At first it seems like a lucky deal, but creepy paranormal activity soon intensifies: marble-like sounds crawl through the walls, sudden impacts shake the ceiling, and the fabric and air inside the rooms move as if something unseen is pulling it. The family’s fear escalates to a breaking point when the mother is nearly taken by a medical emergency brought on by the stress and terror of what’s happening at home—prompting the family to flee and never return. To this day, the house remains abandoned, empty between short rentals, as if the nightmare never truly ends.
