A Florida village of 155 homes was built for people who are at least 55 years old. Now, some residents want one woman out, saying she is too young to live there. Bethany Michel's father, Paul, bought a home in Freedom at Arbor Mill in Jacksonville, Florida in 2019. She moved in to care for the ailing vet when he took a turn for the worse. Her father died in 2023 and in his will, he bequeathed her the house. The homeowners association voted unanimously that the 28-year-old daughter has to go. #news

00:00A child has been located three years after disappearing.
00:04Andrew Escobar is now back with his father in New Mexico.
00:08He's at home with my wife and he's just sleeping, doing like what any 14-year-old does right now.
00:14He's just sleeping, kind of just getting used to everything right now, getting acclimated to being back with us.
00:22And we're just excited to have him.
00:24Juan Escobar says his son was never returned to him after a custody visit with his mother in 2023.
00:31At the time, Miriam Felix was charged with custodial interference.
00:36It wasn't until recently that Andrew and his mother were located by authorities in Texas, bringing to an end a
00:43long journey for this worried father.
00:46The worst part is when those days turn into months and then that months turn into years.
00:54The first year that his anniversary that he had been missing, I think I took it so hard because I
01:00realized it had been an entire year since I had seen him, talked to him, heard from him, heard about
01:06him.
01:07And those anniversaries are tough. They're really tough.
01:11While relieved to have his son back, he says he faces new challenges, like getting his son acclimated to his
01:18new life and holding his mother accountable for her actions.
01:22When he went missing, he was 11 years old. He had just finished fifth grade.
01:28He's now 14-year-old, six feet tall, and is about to enter high school.
01:33And so that in itself is going to be a challenge.
01:38And so that's the first thing.
01:41And the next thing is figuring out where he's been the last three years.
01:46Online court records show Miriam Felix is being held without bond.
01:50She's set to be arraigned this week on the custodial interference charge from 2023.
