Burnham ha spillato birra, per poi brindare con una pinta in mano dopo l'annuncio del suo governo del taglio delle tasse per pub, club e locali di musica dal vivo in difficoltà.Il primo ministro britannico ha detto che ridurrà del 20% le imposte locali sugli immobili commerciali. È il terzo annuncio di questo tipo in pochi giorni su misure a sostegno di famiglie e imprese da quando ha giurato come premier, dopo aver dichiarato che si occuperà di bollette elettriche domestiche e imporrà un tetto alle tariffe degli autobus.
