12:52de course, je me suis dit quelque chose de mal.
12:57Il me a coup de coup de coup, et je me suis allé à perdre mon enfant.
13:01Donc, je me suis allé à rester quiet,
13:04juste faire ce qu'il faut, quand il me faut.
13:08Il me a devenu horrible de contrôle.
13:12Si je me suis resté trop longtemps,
13:49on both sides my parents never divorced loved one another through thick and thin
13:55I just really thought I could do something that would fix it then
14:01everything would just be all right it's hard to look at without being
14:11emotional I could see what I'd probably already been through I might have been
14:18smiling but my eyes weren't my eyes look about as sad as they do right now I bet
14:26because I just wish I had a friend took that baby right there and just went as
14:31fast as I could
14:41when we were first getting together cocaine that was his thing he was doing it he
14:48was dealing it but at this point he stopped doing the drugs and then just
14:55really started dealing he wanted to make more money that was when it really got
15:02excessive we had a lot of people coming in out of our house all the time you could
15:09smell it see it I always just tried to keep my son in another room
15:16and then I was pregnant with my second child and he kept telling me he wasn't doing that anymore and
15:23he was trying to you know really get out of that aspect of life and I thought he had stopped
15:29all of
15:37he had taken my vehicle I just thought he was going to go pick up his friend in Texas and
15:43bring him back for a visit
15:46and then Jeffrey called me and informed me that he had been arrested for five pounds of pot
15:52and a couple ounces of cocaine that was really devastating and our lives were changed
16:08when Jeffrey first went to prison I literally still stayed at home it took a long time for me to
16:14get
16:15out of that feeling that I could leave the house that he couldn't hurt me I didn't have a job
16:22I was
16:22dependent on him and he did leave us some money and paid the bills up a little bit when Jeffrey
16:30was in
16:30prison he did write the boys a lot of letters he wrote me all the time too saying that he
16:38was
16:38sorry for everything and that he was excited to have a new life with us and that he was trying
16:45to be a
16:45better father and a better family man I know this sounds crazy but I was hopeful I just kept trying
16:53to have
16:53faith that things would get better when he came home but when he was released from prison the control
17:07was ten times worse when you're in there it's like the criminals they learn from one another and he was
17:16just sneakier his evil was more finely tuned the abuse was daily mentally and physically the sexual
17:25abuse got pretty awful too just forced to do things you just don't want to do the monster definitely was
17:33back
17:36finally after the eight years of marriage I was going to file for divorce and he actually beat me to
17:43it when I saw the paper that he'd filed before I did I was ecstatic I didn't want to be
17:49a part of his
17:50life anymore after the divorce Jeffrey used the children to manipulate me it wasn't like they were his
17:58kids it was like they were little pawns in a chess game he made my life a living hell for
18:04the next
18:04decade a few years later he married Allison and then Brittany and then next came Kristin I prayed for
18:17these women I prayed for him every night that they would wake up and be okay because I know Jeffrey
18:24wasn't gonna stop in early March of 2018 Jeffrey's youngest son with his ex-wife Brittany passed away
18:44it was very sudden I had been so in love with that little boy and he was like Jeffrey's little
18:52clone
18:54they did a full autopsy and it was inconclusive it crushed him but it did bring us closer together it
19:04was
19:04like we were trauma bonded over this horrible thing that had happened but it was also like a switch flipped
19:13the sweet side the caring side it was gone he started getting really volatile
19:27he was explosive when he was mad he would pinch me he would twist my arm he bent my finger
19:37back what felt
19:38like all the way back to my hand little things to kind of test me to see how is she
19:46gonna react what is
19:47she going to do and how far can I push this before she snaps and then when he saw how
19:56upset I was he completely
19:59turned it on me and was like you're so dramatic just like all my other exes I didn't tell anyone
20:09that this
20:09was happening no one no friends no family he had already significantly isolated me from a lot of my friends
20:20I owned a home in Knoxville he didn't want me staying there he wanted me staying at his house which
20:27is out in
20:28the country about 20 or 30 minutes from Knoxville where my friends and family and everyone is
20:42at this point we had been together about a year when the times were good with Jeffrey they were so
20:52good
20:53he could be so kind so sweet he met my every need
21:00and then something would set him off he would choke me he would pull my hair throw me around
21:09the room he broke my kitchen table and chairs just smashing all of it to pieces he tore my purse
21:18apart and ripped up my money I couldn't get out of his gated property without him opening the gate
21:27and this was common if we would fight and I would want to leave I was not allowed to leave
21:34one time I was so scared and I hit the panic button on my iPhone and it called 9-1
21:41-1 he'd snatched my
21:45phone out of my hand 9-1-1 immediately called me back of course now he has my phone so
21:52I can't answer it
21:56he sends it to voicemail
21:59yes this is Knox County 9-1-1 we just received a phone call from this number if you do
22:03have an
22:03emergency please give us a call back and stay on the line if you do not have an emergency you
22:07can
22:07disregard this message
22:12no one ever came no one ever showed up
22:16it became this constant cycle of abuse something bad would happen and then he would call constantly
22:26so I would block him
22:31what did I do to deserve this why would you block me like why in the world would you block
22:36me what am I doing wrong I'm pleading to you I'm pleading my case and you're just being vile to
22:43me
22:43I mean it's abuse you're being abusive
22:50he would go to the lengths of the earth and do whatever means necessary to get me back
22:55he would get down on his knees and beg and make himself cry and just plead with me to forgive
23:02him
23:04one time he showed up with his three-year-old
23:08had him knock on the door mommy mommy mommy
23:11like how am I not going to open the door for this this little boy that calls me mommy
23:18and so I gave in
23:19I let him in
23:23and it started all over again
23:30now talking about it
23:31I realize how insane this sounds
23:35I can't even believe that I accepted this as my reality
23:41but I was just so incredibly in love with him
23:55we were in Destin, Florida visiting his family there
24:01we'd all just gone out and had this great dinner
24:03and he took me outside
24:08pulled a ring out of his pocket
24:11and proposed to me
24:16but the typical excitement that would follow an engagement did not follow
24:23my parents were not fans of his
24:27I mean I had lost a ton of weight
24:29and I wasn't allowed to cut my hair
24:31because he liked my hair long
24:33he didn't want me wearing makeup
24:37I was very much under his control
24:39and I think that they knew it was going to get worse from there
24:52on June 8th we go out to dinner
24:54my friend was our server at a local restaurant here in Knoxville
25:00we're making each other laugh
25:01it was a great night
25:04we made plans to go out with my friend after
25:06so real quick
25:07I just wanted to walk my dog
25:10everything was fine on the drive home
25:13everything was fine when we got back to my house
25:16I took my dog Zoe out for a walk in the neighborhood
25:23and when I came back through the door
25:30Jeffrey attacked me
25:32he grabbed me
25:33and he smashed my head into the floor
25:37over and over again
25:41I was in and out of consciousness
25:45I remember at one point being in the kitchen
25:48I have no idea how I got there
25:50the next thing I remember
25:54he had me pinned in the corner of my living room
25:57and was just shoving me into the wall
26:00over and over again
26:06I don't remember him saying anything
26:09I had no idea
26:11what I did wrong that made him act like that
26:15he had never been this severely abusive
26:18it had never been this bad
26:20I genuinely thought he was trying to kill me
26:25I remember him dragging me up the stairs by the hair
26:29I felt my face
26:31and realized that my nose was bleeding
26:35the whole inside of my mouth was also bleeding
26:40he made me go to the bathroom
26:41and wash my face
26:43and I remember being so scared to wash my face
26:47because I thought he was going to smash my face down into the faucet
26:53and he told me to go get in bed
26:55and I did
26:58I was pretending to sleep
27:01I was afraid that I had a concussion or a brain bleed
27:05that I was going to die
27:06so I tried so hard to stay awake
27:11as soon as his head hit that pillow
27:13I jumped out of bed
27:14and I just made a beeline for it
27:18I had no shoes on
27:20and I ran down my driveway
27:22as fast as I could
27:27I kept going
27:30and I made it to my neighbor's house
27:49on June the 9th, 2019
27:53we responded to a domestic violence call
27:56off of North Shore Drive
27:58in the West Knoxville area
28:01the time was 1.49 in the morning
28:06we knock on the door
28:08when we hear pounding on her door
28:10we thought it was him
28:12and I was so afraid
28:24Kristen is sitting on the kitchen floor
28:27of the neighbor's house
28:30with this really big raised bruise
28:33on her forehead
28:34and she has abrasions consistent
28:36with domestic assault
28:37if somebody's been thrown around
28:39we got some harassment
28:40and we turned me up against my kitchen floor
28:43and my living room floor
28:46these guys are going to check you out
28:48I'm going to have them do that first
28:50while we're asking questions
28:50the forensic unit arrived
28:53and started photographing her elbows
28:55and her knees and forehead
28:58the paramedics that came to the scene
29:00said I really needed to go to the hospital
29:09we make our way from the neighbor's house
29:11over to Kristen's house
29:14it's probably close to 3 in the morning
29:18however, as soon as we start knocking on the door
29:21Jeffrey immediately answers the door
29:23and he's wide awake
29:25and he is, he's wired
29:27I'm going to have the house
29:28no
29:29you don't have permission to come to the house
29:30oh yes we do
29:31oh yes we do
29:31you don't have all these scratches on you
29:34what's going on?
29:35how do you think?
29:36have a seat
29:37have a seat
29:38right there
29:38you want another exact choice
29:40have a seat
29:41have a seat
29:41I'm not going to tell you again
29:46he's talking really quickly
29:47in my opinion
29:48he's under the influence of cocaine
29:50or methamphetamine
29:51or some other stimulant
29:52tell me what happened
29:55she's mad
29:56because I want to lose her
29:56okay
29:58we're asking about Kristen's injuries
30:00and you can tell
30:01he's trying to come up with an explanation
30:04she acted absolutely
30:05absolutely
30:05I mean crazy
30:07I mean
30:08scratched me
30:09ran against the wall
30:10slapped herself
30:11slapped herself
30:12no that made sense
30:14where did she supposedly run the wall?
30:17not supposedly
30:18she really did
30:18right here
30:26the forensic unit
30:27had located some blood spatter on the walls
30:30on a light switch
30:32and as well as on the floor
30:37after just a couple minutes
30:38of interviewing Jeffrey
30:39we determined that he's the primary aggressor
30:43we arrest him
30:44I didn't touch the woman
30:47when we place him in handcuffs
30:48he's got this disbelief
30:51absolutely not
30:52no way
30:53we're making the wrong decision
30:54he's innocent
30:57we place him in the patrol vehicle
30:59and he flipped a switch
31:01he just became unhinged
31:03and enraged
31:06he starts kicking at the windows
31:08a horse kick in the door
31:10and we have to pull him out
31:11and we have to restrain his legs
31:14we place him back in the back of my patrol unit
31:17and he continues kicking
31:21so we have to pull him out again
31:23to connect the chain of the leg irons
31:26to his handcuffs
31:29and you know
31:29typically not going to do that
31:30unless somebody's
31:31just really off the rails
31:39at the hospital
31:40I had to have a CT scan done
31:43I did have a concussion
31:45they prescribed me some pain medicine
31:48because I was just in an immense amount of pain
31:54the next day
31:55Jeffrey got bailed out
32:00so on Monday morning
32:02my parents took me
32:03to the Knox County Sheriff's Office
32:05and we filed an order of protection
32:08the order of protection
32:10is a civil case
32:11so I actually had two cases against him
32:12my civil case
32:14and then there was a criminal case
32:16for the actual domestic assault
32:19his family couldn't contact me
32:21his friends couldn't contact me
32:22he obviously couldn't contact me
32:24the engagement was definitely off
32:26he completely cut all ties on that day
32:42I am an assistant district attorney
32:45here in Knoxville, Tennessee
32:48I've been in various units within the office
32:50one of them being the domestic violence unit
32:53when I got the case file
32:55what initially stood out to me
32:58was just the amount of violence
32:59involved in this particular assault
33:02there was literally
33:04almost an injury to
33:06every part of her body that you could see
33:08I could tell that
33:10this was an incredibly brutal attack
33:13that took some time to happen
33:18at Mr. Pashel's arraignment
33:20Jeffrey was charged with
33:23aggravated kidnapping
33:24domestic assault
33:25and interference with
33:27a 911 emergency call
33:30there was an offer
33:32betrayed to him
33:33to plead to a felony offense
33:35that was a four year
33:36probation offer
33:37no jail time
33:39this saves the victim
33:41to get him from having to come to court
33:42and to testify
33:43doesn't drag it out
33:44he declined the offer
33:49at that point in time
33:50we had to actually get this case to trial
33:59Jeffrey's ex-wife
34:00Allison reached out to me
34:01after her attorneys found out about the assault
34:05just to check in and see if I was okay
34:08and through Allison I met Sabrina
34:14when I finally got to speak with Kristen
34:17I found out yeah she's just as amazing as you know Allison was
34:21or any woman that he was blessed enough to be with
34:25we started talking about the things that he said and did
34:29and hearing what Kristen went through
34:31it was very triggering
34:34but we've been through the same thing
34:36at the hands of Jeffrey
34:40this has been going on for decades
34:43this was just not going to stop
34:44until he was stopped
34:51given COVID
34:52the court system having to shut down
34:54took a lot longer than we wanted
34:57to actually get this case to trial
34:59and while his case was pending
35:01I had learned that he was on
35:04I guess a reality TV sort of dating show
35:06called 90 Day Fiance
35:17I just landed in Moscow
35:19to see the love of my life
35:21Varya
35:22in person for the first time ever
35:24I had no idea
35:26I had no idea
35:2990 Day Fiance Before the 90 Days
35:31is a reality show
35:32that follows international couples
35:34who have met online
35:36basically the premise of the show
35:38is that they're already dating
35:39before they meet for the first time
35:41which means apparently
35:43he was in a whole other relationship
35:45with someone from Russia
35:46during our engagement
35:49I met my girlfriend online
35:50several months ago
35:51I truly believe that Varya and I
35:53are meant to be together
35:54if things go well with Varya
35:56I'm going to propose to her
35:59so the assault happened on June 9th
36:02she acted absolutely
36:03I mean crazy
36:05and by July
36:06he's already in Russia filming
36:10I was still black and blue
36:13I'm sure he was already cast for the show
36:15when my assault happened
36:16so they wouldn't have caught that
36:19but he had several criminal convictions
36:22before he was on 90 Day Fiance
36:25I was able to find these convictions
36:27people on the internet
36:29were able to find these convictions
36:30the media was able to find these convictions
36:33before the show even aired
36:35Jeffrey, his history runs deep
36:38and it runs dark
36:39if these allegations are true
36:41sounds like he's got some serious anger
36:43anger issues
36:45they aired the episodes anyway
36:49I'm Jeffrey
36:50I'm 41 years old
36:51and I live just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee
36:56but I like to do anything
36:57that I can get out there
36:58and get my hands dirty
37:00a lot of people really liked him on the show
37:02I mean he's portrayed as a very likable
37:05charismatic
37:06strong
37:08hardworking
37:09all-American
37:10country boy
37:13I did watch a few clips of it
37:16and my children were in it
37:17he was speaking with them
37:19about all the women that had hurt him
37:21and the things that he'd been through
37:22and that he deserved to be happy
37:25there's a risk that I'm going to be heartbroken
37:27and it really scares me
37:29because I don't think my heart
37:31can take into a letdown
37:33it just kind of hit me like
37:35we didn't hurt you
37:38you hurt us
37:41despite all these awful allegations
37:42he still had a growing fan base
37:45that loved him
37:46did you know that I had a YouTube channel?
37:48I had Cameo
37:49I had Fanmail
37:51Jeffrey created a fan base
37:53from being on that reality show
37:54and he really fed off of it
37:56he just kept getting larger than life
37:58what are my nipple tats?
38:00go on my Instagram
38:02at 90dayjeffrey
38:04and read my post
38:04it tells all about them
38:05he just kept thinking
38:07that I'm intangible
38:09I'm unstoppable
38:11there's nothing anybody can do to me now
38:18prior to actually going to trial
38:20Mr. Pastel posted numerous videos online
38:24where he had talked about
38:25about all of the accusations
38:28what's the biggest
38:29I guess misconception
38:31that you think
38:32that people have about you
38:34oh I mean
38:35it's got to be
38:36woman beater
38:37it's got to be
38:38a woman abuser
38:39domestic violence
38:40person
38:41whatever
38:41when you go through
38:43something like this
38:44you're advised not to talk about it
38:46so while
38:48he got to
38:50do Instagram lives
38:52talk to his followers
38:54and tell them
38:55his side of the story
38:56I had to be silent
38:58this is all just a ploy
39:00this is all just a
39:01um
39:01an agenda
39:03to try to make me
39:04lose custody of my child
39:05he said that
39:06I joined forces
39:07with
39:08all of his exes
39:10and that we were all
39:10scheming against him
39:12I think this is going to be
39:13a Johnny Depp moment
39:15I think this is going to be like
39:17this is going to be like
39:18Amanda Hurd
39:19getting called out
39:20and being recorded
39:20actually being the abuser
39:32welcome back to court tv live
39:34I'm Ashley Wilcox
39:35we want to start first
39:37with Tennessee
39:37versus Jeffrey Paschel
39:39the former reality tv star
39:41who is accused
39:42of a brutal attack
39:43on his former fiance
39:46Kristen's assault
39:47took place
39:48very late
39:49on June the 8th
39:50of 2019
39:51we were not able
39:53to actually
39:54go to a jury trial
39:56until October
39:57of 2021
40:01the hardest part
40:02of the trial
40:02was obviously
40:03seeing him again
40:05having to face him
40:06it was terrifying
40:10it's hard enough
40:11for a victim
40:12to come to court
40:13to tell 12
40:1513 people
40:16whom they've never met
40:17the worst experience
40:19of their life
40:19now she was going to have
40:21cameras looking at her
40:22she knew that this was
40:24going to be televised
40:25so the case definitely
40:27stood out for that reason
40:30Jeffrey Paschel
40:31was a little bit different
40:31than some defendants
40:32because he was so
40:34clearly confident
40:36I would argue perhaps arrogant
40:38he to me looked like somebody
40:40who wanted to be in control
40:44Varya
40:44his fiancee
40:45was in the front row
40:46every day
40:47supporting him
40:49in my opinion
40:50this was a pretty
40:51straightforward case
40:52and so
40:53the only strategy
40:54that I really had
40:54was just to
40:55let Kristen talk
40:56during that time
40:58did you try
40:59and get away
41:00or anything
41:00when I was screaming
41:02I was trying to get away
41:03from him
41:04but I couldn't
41:05he's too strong
41:06he was holding me down
41:07on the ground
41:07and then he was pushing me around
41:10and I could not get away
41:13it was awful
41:14having to sit
41:15across from Jeffrey
41:16at trial
41:18he would just lock eyes
41:20with me
41:21and not let go
41:23it was very scary
41:25to have him stare
41:26at me like that
41:27I remember going up
41:28up the stairs
41:29and then that's
41:30the last thing I remember
41:32I don't know
41:33what happened up there
41:34but there was blood splatter
41:36down my bedroom door
41:37so something happened
41:38up there
41:40Kristen
41:40in my opinion
41:41was very credible
41:42I was confident
41:43that the jury
41:44was going to believe her
41:50at this point in time
41:51the state calls
41:53Mr. Jeffrey Pichel
41:56sir do you swear
41:56to tell the truth
41:57the whole truth
41:58and nothing but the truth
41:59to help you God
41:59I do
42:00thank you
42:02typically defense attorneys
42:03tell defendants
42:04you're not taking the stand
42:05it's not going to come off well
42:07but Jeffrey Pichel
42:09in my opinion
42:10does it
42:11because
42:11he thinks he can manipulate
42:13the jury
42:14control the jury
42:16and convince them
42:18I'm right
42:18I didn't do anything wrong
42:20I went to go leave
42:21she attempted to grab my keys
42:23well she did grab my keys
42:24and tried to bolt out the door
42:27and as she went to bolt out the door
42:29the door
42:30this being a door
42:31the door open
42:32she
42:34ran
42:34smack
42:35into the door
42:38side of the door
42:39as she ran out
42:40so she grabbed my keys
42:42and turned
42:42and hit the door
42:44the open door
42:46he essentially tried to say
42:48that she was drunk
42:49that all of these injuries
42:50were self-inflicted
42:51but the weight of the evidence
42:53was so strong
42:55against that
42:55and I think that the jury
42:57saw that
43:00the jury went out
43:01mid-afternoon
43:03they actually weren't out
43:04for
43:05for very long
43:06it was actually just a few hours
43:10the jury came back
43:11with a verdict
43:11really quickly
43:12I was shaking
43:13and I was terrified
43:15and held my parents hands
43:19I didn't know
43:20what way it was going to go
43:35I can't even explain
43:37that feeling of euphoria
43:38when they found
43:39Jeffrey guilty
43:40this coming Thursday
43:42Jeffrey Paschel
43:43the convicted reality
43:44cast member
43:45from the TV show
43:4690 Day Fiancé
43:47before the 90 Days
43:48will be sentenced
43:49once a reality TV star
43:51Jeffrey Paschel
43:53he now faces
43:5412 to 20 years
43:56in prison
43:56without the possibility
43:58of parole
44:05during trial
44:06the rules of evidence
44:07actually don't allow us
44:08to bring in
44:09what we call
44:10propensity evidence
44:11prior bad acts
44:12because we want
44:14the jury to see
44:15the crime at hand
44:17but it is something
44:18that we can use
44:19in sentencing
44:20so his ex-wife
44:21Allison
44:22actually testified
44:23at the sentencing
44:24to the abuse
44:26that she suffered
44:27at any point
44:28during your marriage
44:29was there physical abuse
44:34there were many threats
44:35made to me
44:36into my family
44:37he was violent to me
44:40on numerous occasions
44:42and I'm going to stop
44:43for just a second
44:44when you say threats
44:45what kind of threats
44:46to kill me
44:50she testified to
44:52them taking trips together
44:54where he would strangle her
44:55she testified about
44:57a time where he
44:58held her face
44:59close to a fire
45:00and then she testified
45:01about a time
45:02where she had actually moved
45:04they were split up
45:05at the time
45:06when she comes home
45:07and finds him
45:08in her home
45:09he immediately
45:10attacked me
45:12and grabbed me
45:12and shoved me
45:13into the wall
45:14threw me on the ground
45:17strangled me
45:19when I finally broke free
45:21he went and swung
45:23at me
45:23and I moved
45:25so he could hit
45:26the top of my head
45:27versus my face
45:31when Allison was
45:32on the stand
45:34I felt like
45:35I went backwards
45:36to my own abuse
45:37and I had to leave
45:38the courtroom
45:40she testified
45:41that he raped her
45:43I think that
45:44that everybody
45:45in the courtroom
45:46when she was testifying
45:47about that
45:47you know
45:47we were all
45:48extremely disturbed
45:49by it
45:50I mean her abuse
45:51went on for years
45:52so her testimony
45:54was incredibly powerful
45:55at sentencing
45:58every defendant
45:59has the right
45:59to be heard
46:00at sentencing
46:01and Jeffrey Paschel
46:02took that opportunity
46:06I have a beautiful family
46:12beautiful friends
46:15I'm a dad
46:18he focused on
46:19I've got all these
46:20children
46:21and friends
46:22and family
46:23what did he not
46:24focus on
46:25the victims
46:27I go out of my way
46:28to help people
46:29I don't need anything
46:30I don't want anything
46:33it just gives me
46:35that
46:36internal satisfaction
46:38to help people
46:39you know
46:40that's what
46:41that's my reward
46:43so I ask
46:43that you
46:44you have mercy on me
46:46thank you
46:47thank you sir
46:50what is going on
46:51behind closed doors
46:53is much different
46:55than the image
46:56that Mr. Paschel
46:57projects
46:58out to the rest
46:59of the world
47:01the judge
47:02just absolutely
47:03nailed
47:04Jeffrey's character
47:05he saw
47:06right through him
47:0812 citizens
47:09from Knox County
47:10listened to her
47:12and they listened
47:13to the defendant
47:13and they found
47:14beyond a reasonable doubt
47:16that she was telling
47:17the truth
47:17and I agree
47:19with their assessment
47:20I've never felt
47:22more seen
47:23more vindicated
47:25it was truly
47:26an absolutely
47:27amazing moment
47:30this behavior
47:31towards these women
47:33is sick
47:35it is sadistic
47:37I think
47:39that Mr. Paschel
47:40has a desire
47:41to inflict
47:43as much emotional damage
47:44to these women
47:45as possible
47:45for the reason
47:47stated
47:47the court finds
47:48that the appropriate
47:48sentence in this case
47:49is 18 years to serve
47:53this was an unusual case
47:55because the state
47:56requested 16 years
47:57the defense argued
47:59for fewer
47:59the judge
48:01didn't do either
48:02of those things
48:02instead said
48:04I'm giving you more
48:06not only did I
48:07take my power back
48:08but I felt like
48:09I gave power back
48:10to so many women
48:11that he has taken it
48:12from over the years
48:13and when Jeffrey
48:14was found guilty
48:15it made
48:17every bit of suffering
48:19worth it
48:26Jeffrey
48:27how's Jeffrey
48:28of course
48:29the most common question
48:30I expected that
48:31well
48:32soon
48:33we will have a call
48:34with the lawyers team
48:36to
48:37discuss
48:38the strategy
48:40of filing
48:41to the Supreme Court
48:44um
48:44yeah
48:45so
48:46keep your fingers crossed
48:48Baria's been very outspoken
48:50about supporting Jeffrey
48:51and she still stands
48:53behind him
48:54so today marks
48:551,255 days
48:57since my loved one
48:58Jeffrey Bachel
48:59has been in prison
49:00I decided to
49:02open up
49:10a lot of people
49:11after they go
49:12through something
49:12like this
49:13will join
49:14like a support group
49:16my support group
49:18is Sabrina
49:18and Allison
49:19and the bond
49:20that I have with them
49:21and the connection
49:22that I have with them
49:24it's just incredible
49:28Kristen's my hero
49:29today I have a beautiful bond
49:31with Allison
49:32and Kristen
49:33it's a blessing
49:34we're like sisters
49:42shortly after
49:43the assault
49:45my college ex-boyfriend
49:47reached out to me
49:48just to check on me
49:50and said
49:50hey
49:51how are you
49:52this was in July
49:53of 2019
49:55we rekindled
49:56got engaged
49:58and we were married
50:00in October

50:05my rock
50:06through everything
50:06he was extremely
50:08supportive
50:08he
50:09just made me feel
50:11so confident
50:12and so sure
50:13about going through
50:13with the process
50:14and he was just
50:16the most
50:17wonderful partner
50:18that you could ask for
50:19in this awful situation
50:22I think going through
50:25something like this
50:26this traumatic
50:28not only
50:29does it
50:29teach you
50:30what you don't want
50:31in a man
50:32but it shows you
50:34what you do want
50:34and now we have kids
50:37and
50:38everything in my life
50:40right now
50:40is honestly
50:41just phenomenal
51:09I don't know
51:39I don't know
52:09I don't know
52:23I don't know
52:25I don't know
52:25I don't know
52:25I don't know
52:25I don't know
