00:00When we decided that we were going to make Spider-Man Brand New Day,
00:02we said, what if we made a suit that was an homage to Toby's and Andrew's designs?
00:09Because now my Peter Parker had met those guys.
00:12So we kind of created a spider child of all three costumes.
00:18Everything had to fit into the world of Peter Parker,
00:21and we went back to that dumpster diver kid who's retrofitting old tech.
00:26So a result of that is the suit that I think is beautiful.
00:30In its simplicity, the suit does have a bit of a tactile feel to it.
00:35We are embracing the folds and the wrinkles.
00:39When it moves, it's actually material.
00:43And you can see the human beneath the material.
00:47It gave a real purpose to why the suit looks the way it does.
