00:14For us it is a recognition that brings great pride,
00:19especially in what is a period not easy for the world of wine,
00:23so it is something that represents a confirmation of going in the right direction and going in the right direction,
00:31especially in an year in which, if we want, we have registered a growth of important growth
00:36and therefore it is more of a joy to be here to talk about today.
00:41The world of wine, you said, is a fascinating moment.
00:45You have participated in the fiere of the most important sector,
00:50and what has emerged in these fiere for the world?
00:53All right, now we are returning to Vinitaly, ProVine, WineParis.
01:00They have certainly made a series of conversations much wider than what is the world of wine,
01:07which is facing a difficult period for the costs, the consumption,
01:12and the new generations that maybe feel a bit more distant compared to the product.
01:15What we have seen, maybe a difference from others,
01:19is that we have to try to change the way to approach these new generations,
01:24to be able to enter in the market with products mirated
01:26and with an approach open, in order to be able to reach the final consumer,
01:30which is what makes the difference.
01:33A propos of new markets and new types of wine,
01:37we have a lot of wine no alcohol, zero alcohol.
01:41How do you approach the cantina Bertiolo in this sector?
01:45All right, it is a front on which we have reached various requests,
01:49especially during the fiere,
01:50and so it is a front that we have monitored.
01:53It is something that we need to evaluate accurately,
01:56because it requires important investments,
01:58a dedication and then a know-how that we need to build,
