00:26The Marine Militare continues to develop a fundamental role,
00:31ensuring the presence, the deterrence and the capacity of intervention in cooperation with the allies.
00:39In a sense of strategic uncertainty,
00:44it appears essential the defense of the patrimony of the rules of cooperation and the rights
00:50built by the international community in the Second World War,
00:54to prevent, this was and remains the fundamental reason and irrinunciable,
01:01to prevent that the relations between the State
01:03have suffered a dramatic regression
01:06towards the logic of a permanent contrast and a permanent contraption.
