Jason Momoa chats about his DC future, navigating the different visions for Aquaman, and the possibility of playing Lobo in the new DCU under James Gunn and Peter Safran.

00:00I was going to ask, is there ever a world in which we see your Lobo and your Aquaman on
00:05screen together, but...
00:06I think, you know, the cool thing is, is Peter Safran was at the helm with, you know, James Wan
00:13when I was doing Aquaman, and now Peter Safran.
00:16And I think James and James get along very well, you know, I'm sure in a world something like that
00:23might exist.
00:23You know what I mean? Like, I think what James Wan was doing is kind of off the path of
00:29what Snyder had done, you know what I mean?
00:31Yeah.
00:32And he really wanted to change what Aquaman was like. Like, James' Aquaman, or Jesus, Zach's Aquaman is very different
00:39than James' Aquaman.
00:40And that's something I had to navigate to keep, like, that essence of what Zach's idea was, and then have
00:47this, go into this bright, beautiful world of James and, you know, in a different way and balance that.
00:52And now there's, of course, it's a possibility that he can, because it's not really in Zach's as much, and
00:57I think he could.
00:58How would you feel if somebody else took up the Aquaman mantle?
01:01What, I'm taking out.
01:03Lobo's like, mm-mm, get out of here.
01:05No, no, we'll, we'll, but I think there's some, there's space, you never know.
01:08I mean, shit, I'm Lobo right now. Like, anything's gonna be impossible.
