00:18a large group breached security earlier tonight.
00:21That prompted a full lockdown of the stadium
00:24for a time no one was allowed in or out.
00:27We are told that starting at around 10 tonight,
00:30concert goers were being allowed in
00:32in a slow and methodical process.
00:35Security is, as you can imagine, extremely tight
00:38with officers posted at every entrance.
00:41The concert was scheduled to begin at 8 o'clock,
00:44but right now people are still entering the stadium
00:47and the show has yet to begin.
