The drone can also remove waste and vegetation from water bodies to remove clogging in water bodies and drains.

00:00We are a robotic company specialized in clean tech devices.
00:04We are incubated with IIT Madras Incubation Cell and IT&T Hub of Tamil Nadu government.
00:11And right now we are working on water body cleaning devices.
00:14That is we have built couple of devices that could clean polluted water bodies.
00:18The first one is EcoFloater.
00:19EcoFloater is a small device, it's roughly 1 meter x 1 meter is the size of the device
00:24and it can be used in small and mid-range water bodies.
00:27That operates in three different modes basically.
00:30So first mode is manual mode.
00:32You can operate that device just like a remote car, you can operate it in the water body.
00:37That device has a net attached to it so it basically scraps the entire water bottle and collects
00:41all the floating waste which is in the water body.
00:44And second mode is semi-autonomous mode that is we have to give the geocoordinates of the
00:48water bodies.
00:49So based on the geocoordinates the device will roam inside the geocoordinates and in a particular
00:54pattern that we are selecting.
00:55So by that way it becomes autonomous and cleans the entire water body by itself.
01:00And third one is complete autonomous mode.
01:02Here we have built our own AI models and we are using camera inputs and sensor inputs to
01:06figure out or find out where the waste is lying in the water body and our device will go get
01:12that waste and come back to the starting position.
01:15And our device can easily collect that is eco floater can easily collect up to 50 kgs of waste every
01:2110 to 15 minutes and its battery power lasts up to 10 hours.
01:26So it can collect at least 300 to 400 kgs of waste every single day easily that I am talking
01:34and it can go up to 110 based on the waste which is available in the water body.
01:39Now comes the case of water hyacinth.
01:41Water hyacinth is a very complex invasive species.
01:45Small patches of water hyacinth the eco floater has the capacity to collect it.
01:48But when it comes to very intense patches of water hyacinth or a intensely polluted water body so
01:54the small device will not work.
01:55So we are designing something called eco reclaimer that is a very long large device that easily
02:01weights up to 1.5 tons and you can see that as visualize that as a floating JCB kind of
02:08thing.
02:08So that is a hydraulic powered heavy duty device that we are working on.
02:13So that can be used in any kind of water body and that can be used to clean any kind
02:18of mesh
02:18that is that has happened in the water body.
