00:00When did you say that this year or the next year, if we are a little short term,
00:07which sectors are now that we need to keep on the radar?
00:11Which sectors are now that we need to keep on the radar?
00:13Which sectors are now that we need to keep on the reversal?
00:20And because you mentioned IT, we often talk about it.
00:24I think it's a bit too far, but now it's a recovery.
00:29How do you start with IT sector?
00:32First of all, I start with IT because it's my favourite sector in terms of negative.
00:38IT, PCS's result is 2% higher, as you saw.
00:43But overall, if you look at IT companies, there is a fundamental problem in IT.
00:48PCS had 15,000,000 crore market cap.
00:51It's 7,000,000 crore market cap.
00:53It's 15,000,000 crore market cap.
00:54But if you talk about PCS growth, it's 3-4% growth.
00:59Quarter on quarter, it's negative growth.
01:02The company, which is 2-2% growth,
01:04it's 16,000 crore market cap.
01:06So IT, I don't think it's a good run, it's a good run.
01:09It's a good run, I don't think it's a good run.
01:11It's a good run.
01:12It's a good run.
01:13It's a good run.
01:14It's a good run.
01:15It's a good run.
01:19We are going to take a business until they pivot towards AI.
01:21The time it doesn't happen, even though I personally will stay away.
01:25If you tell us an example, this is a dead cat bounce.
01:28It was a very bad expectation.
01:31It was a little bad.
01:33I'm stupid.
01:34You feel bad.
01:35It's bad.
01:36But overall, I would want to stay away from IT.
01:38Now, with IT, I'll tell you a couple of sectors that I want to stay away from.
01:43Because IT, now AI's adoption is so massive in India.
01:50They have been massively adopting AI.
01:53It's not that India will not do it.
01:54India is a country of smart people.
01:56They're just going to go down the line and adopt.
01:58AI, it's about 20 people who are doing it.
02:00It's about 5 people.
02:01And I'm telling it to you from my personal experience.
02:04It's not that I'll just call you.
02:05Today, in my company, 20 people's work is getting done by 5 people.
02:09So that is going to get a lot of layoffs coming in.
02:12When there's layoffs, there's a lot of wide-collar jobs.
02:15When there's layoffs, the two sectors that are the first of the problem is your auto or real estate.
02:22Because when I don't have a job, I'm not going to go and buy a car.
02:25I'm not going to go and buy a house.
02:26Plus, banks, who have kept loaned by PMIs.
02:30I don't have a job, how am I going to pay my EMI?
02:32So consumption-related stocks, auto, banks, and real estate.
02:35I'll be a little closer now because I think they're going to be the second wave of selling.
02:40Like I was in IT.
02:41Which sectors are good?
02:43Everybody knows that right now the global team is AI and semiconductors.
02:47Korea, Taiwan, Japan.
02:48Korea and Taiwan are so small-sized countries.
02:51But their Indian markets have taken over on the basis of one team.
02:55That is AI and semiconductor.
03:00So the only option that you have is to play via proxies.
03:03So the only option that you have is to play via proxies.
03:03Proxies, you can see, your best is power.
03:08HVDC companies, 2-3-3 years ago, their capacity is blocked.
03:12Government, you can think, China's 4 companies have given that you come to India.
03:17Well, when government knows that the demand is outspacing supply, demand is so much that
03:23we, our companies, the full order book, the Chinese companies have given that you come to
03:27sell.
03:28So power is going to do amazing.
03:30Their valuation is pretty expensive.
03:32But again, I think the kind of order books that they have, 2-3-3 years ago, they're top
03:36line, bottom line sorted.
03:38Correct.
03:38Now power of the proxy is metals.
03:41Metal, silver, copper, they're going to do fantastic.
03:43I think because their demand is not increased and supply is limited.
03:46Of course, metals are now a downfall.
03:49Because Fed is afraid that Fed rate is not going to increase because U.S.
03:53inflation is increasing.
03:53But U.S. inflation data is seeing cool off.
03:56And on the $40 trillion loan, Fed rate is not going to be able to be able to be able
04:00to
04:00So metals are settling down and they're turning back up.
04:03Gold, silver, copper, they're all turning back up.
04:05So I think metals are going to do really well.
04:08One thing, which is a very interesting space, which I have recently found out, I was starting.
04:11One thing, water management.
04:14Because AI, data centers, semiconductors, semiconductors, they're going to need fresh water.
04:19And these water management companies, they're doing fantastically well.
04:22For example, Ion Exchange, where it's 16% up.
04:25500 crore, they're getting water.
04:28Similarly, they're all making new all-time highs.
04:31Pump and water management companies are going to do really well.
04:34These are the three sectors, which I think is that semiconductors and AI proxies are very
04:38big.
04:50So I think these are the four major sectors that I personally am looking at and studying.
05:02Metals, power, water management, and fiber.
