00:02Hello, hi, welcome. Welcome to MMPQ content. Welcome to Red Band Alley inventory items,
00:09downloadable. All of my content 110% free of charge, made from scratch. Nothing more
00:15than a single dot on the screen. I'll just show you that. If you go into the geometry and you'll
00:21see that when you zoom in, you get a single point. The point goes to a triangle, the triangle goes
00:27to a square. You turn the square into a cylinder if you want to, and you turn the cylinder or
00:33the
00:33square into a light. Now this is an RGB light. What's an RGB light? All it is is the colour
00:40on the screen,
00:41just in case you're young and you don't know. As said, these are just my very short videos to
00:46introduce you to the object. I make short videos, I make long videos. Long videos shows you how to
00:53make the actual object. Now of course, you don't need to know how to make it. Unless of course you
00:59want to know how to make it. If you want to watch the longer videos, watch it. Not only do
01:05I show
01:05you how to make it, the idea of those videos is to show you the tools in Blender. And to
01:12show you,
01:13if you look at a model like this, let's say your faces are upside down, inside out, back to front.
01:19If you upload models to Blender, Blender will tell you that your models are upside down, inside out,
01:26back to front. They're not even on the floor. Yes, I show you all of that inside of the videos,
01:33just so you understand that. Are any of my models on Blender? No. No, there's not one single model of
01:41mine on Blender. It's really not. You say, well, is there a reason for that? Yes, there is.
01:47When it comes to uploading models to Blender, yeah, Blender's a little bit strict on the models.
01:53They really are. They've got to be made in a certain type of way. As I say, white content is
02:00made
02:00different. It works different. I'm trying to keep the geometry as low as possible. And do I bevel the edges?
02:09And as you can see, no, I don't. Sometimes I do, but sometimes I don't. If you look up here,
02:20you can see it's been beveled. That's what a bevel is. It's where you add a little bit of extra
02:25work
02:26into your model. But if you upload this to Blender, if you've done that, you see this part here? You
02:32see how I didn't do this part? But I did do this part. Because this is the part you can
02:36see in the
02:38game world. You can't see that because you're down here on the floor. You don't need to bevel it because
02:44you're not going to be able to see it. Unless, of course, you fall off the ceiling. Again, you're
02:48about to see it. So if you're interested in the light, don't forget in the game world, it's going
02:53to be right there. You can scale it up and scale it down. Does the light bulb inside it? It's
02:58all
02:58separate. So the top's separate, the cable's separate, the light itself is separate, and the light bulb is
03:04separate. So you can take it in and out of the actual light if you want to. And then you
03:12can see
03:12the light that's shining on the floor. See the light? As I say, it's up to you how you want
03:18to go
03:18about using the light. You can turn this light on if you turn it on inside, I say, a Blender,
03:23inside the game world. The light itself is blue. So the shadow on the floor will actually be blue.
03:32That's what, that's the colour of it. But it's up to you. As I say, this is only a short
03:36introduction
03:36video to the download. As I say, if you want to watch how to make it, watch the next video,
03:42video
03:42number two. And that shows you more about it. Anyway, I'm just telling you, if you want to
03:49know a lot more about Blender, watch my longer videos. You're going to learn a lot. Honestly,
03:53you really will. Some of them, nearly all of them, they're actually worth watching. Because I'll show
04:00you things that you might not want, that you might actually want to know. I'll show you everything
04:05from UV mapping, texturing, and animating. I also show you how to make the animation bar
04:11for your models, just in case you actually want to do, let's say, a run, a jump, a crawl. Let's
04:17say,
04:18you want to do a fighting animation for some reason. And yeah, I'll show you how to put it all
04:22together.
04:23Watch my videos. I think you'll like them if you have the time to watch them. Of course,
04:30in today's world, people are very busy. And as I say, I do appreciate you watching my videos.
04:35I really do. And we're trying to give you back 2D images for your mobile phone, for your laptop.
04:40And I'm trying to give you 3D downloads, temporarily, until the channel pixel. And then I'll be giving
04:45you a whole lot more back in return. Stay safe, keep friendly. And as I say, if you haven't subscribed,
04:52because it's yours, I'll keep it that way. If you don't mind subscribing, I'll appreciate it.
04:55And again, so will you in the future. I hope you watch video too. See you next time.
05:02Bye.
05:02Bye.
