00:00Have you ever wondered why some Disney trailers give the impression of telling a completely different story?
00:05And that's not so bad because it allows us to make theories.
00:08I make videos about TV series and movies, if you like them, subscribe.
00:11The best example remains Frozen.
00:13The early trailers almost never mention Elsa, her powers, or even the main storyline.
00:18They mainly focus on Olaf and Sven to hide the biggest plot twist in the film.
00:24And it's the same strategy for Encanto.
00:26The trailers give the impression that Mirabel is the only person without magical powers in a perfect family.
00:32In reality, the heart of the film is something else entirely.
00:34They talk about family pressure, trauma passed down between generations, and rebuilding.
00:40For Vaiana, Disney is almost selling an adventure comedy between Vaiana and Maui.
00:44However, the real issue is once again transmission, identity and the link with ancestors.
00:50And more recently, Wish has also been presented as a classic fairy tale filled with magic.
00:55But much of the communication deliberately avoided explaining King Magnifico's true motives.
01:01And that's all in order to preserve the surprise.
01:04Let me know if you have this in the comments and most importantly, subscribe.
