00:11And that was a tough episode for Jasmine.
00:14Yeah, she's going through it in there right now.
00:16I feel like her and Cav are just on completely different pages and it's not getting resolved
00:22after seeing all those clips.
00:23I think the reason why she was so upset, I think it's a case of Cav obviously told her
00:28that he was getting to know Charlene, but I think it was even worse for her watching
00:32it in 4K when I think the way she was comparing it was with her and Jordan.
00:37She didn't kiss him.
00:38She didn't share a bed with him.
00:39There was no cuddling.
00:39No nothing.
00:40And with Cav, obviously his chats with Charlene were very, very flirty.
00:47He was saying, oh, where have you been for the last four weeks?
00:49And like, that's not nice to see.
00:50When it's in front of your face, it's harder.
00:53I experienced this after class.
00:54I was like, oh, I don't give a fuck.
00:56But then when you have to see it happening in front of you and watching back movie night
01:00and the evidence, it all just makes it so much worse.
01:02I feel for her.
01:04Yeah, I definitely feel for her.
01:05But I think your post-Cassa...
01:09Oh, it was worse.
01:10Yeah.
01:10But also it wasn't related to you.
01:12Whereas I do think Cav was pretty honest with what had happened.
01:16Like there was nothing surprising there.
01:18I think it was just a case of it's hard to watch, but I think Cav felt like he was
01:24being
01:25hard done to because he'd been so honest, like he'd held his hands up.
01:28I found a connection.
01:28I did kiss.
01:30I'm sorry, I've been accountable for that.
01:31But he was upset because those things that he just found out about and everyone was dismissing
01:36that.
01:37The thing is like, Cav could tell everybody whatever he wanted to.
01:42The girls were kind of right.
01:44It's those little things like hearing, where have you been for the last four weeks?
01:47Because that's the nail in the coffin.
01:49Yeah.
01:50I think it's a case of as well as like after everything happened, he wasn't really, I don't
01:56know.
01:57He wasn't really like comforting her.
01:58He wasn't reassuring her.
01:59He had sort of just left her to it.
02:01We saw obviously Lorenzo and the girls comforting her.
02:04And then he was obviously chatting to Charlene on the terrace.
02:07They were obviously, I don't know, there is something there between them, like their chats
02:10are flirty.
02:11There is a spark there still.
02:12I think if there wasn't, then they wouldn't just naturally be drawn to each other.
02:15Yeah.
02:16One of the big things in this episode was that like the girls were backing the girls
02:20during movie night and then the boys were backing the boys, but they were getting shit
02:23for it.
02:24Yeah.
02:25I think it was a case of because Jazz was crying during those clips and like it wasn't
02:30just a little tear rolling down the cheek.
02:32I think she was crying so much like she couldn't speak.
02:34So I think it was a case of the girls obviously are really close knit in there and I think
02:38they
02:38were sort of having to be her voice, but I think, and I think it's a thing of just because
02:42Cav wasn't crying doesn't mean that he's not upset as well.
02:45But I think it's a case of someone like Sam Raj, like I did really love him at the start,
02:49but I think he was just getting very, very verbal towards Jazz and like he can obviously
02:54tell she's upset at what she's just seen and like maybe it's a time and place to have
02:57a conversation and it shouldn't have been there.
02:59I mean, Finlay made the point it was between Jazz and Cavan and they were trying to talk
03:03and at this point Jazz wasn't crying.
03:05She was shouting, giving gun fingers like she'd stopped crying at that point and the
03:08girls were still then chiming in.
03:10So I get it when she can't speak, they'll speak for her, but she was talking at that point
03:15and it was again, the backup dancers ad libbing in the background.
03:19But as soon as one of the boys spoke, all of them were on the boys.
03:22And I think Finlay's a pretty good voice of reason.
03:25Sam Raj used to be our voice of reason, not anymore.
03:27But he said, why can we not give our perspective to, and the boys were saying, we've been with
03:32him through this experience the same way you've been with Jazz when she was doing her Casser
03:36experience.
03:37We want to be vocal about it.
03:39It just comes down to that double standard again with the boys and the girls in the villa.
03:43Whether you agree with that or not, the boys feel like there's a double standard there
03:47and they're not allowed to back their friends.
03:48They've been saying this for weeks, but it's not just coming out of nowhere and it's not
03:53a matter of who's right and who's wrong.
03:55Everyone's obviously going to support their friends when they're going through it.
03:58I mean, this was quite a depressing episode to watch, so that was a lot of people's feelings
04:02who got hurt.
04:03We saw Charlene getting emotional as well, because I think for her, it's obviously really
04:07hard.
04:07She's coming to this new environment and she probably feels really rejected from Cav and
04:12probably confused at the same time.
04:14But I think what Cav needs to do now is just make his intentions clear.
04:17If it's a case of he still wants to get to know Jazz and also Charlene, then he needs
04:21to be open about that.
04:23And he also needs to give them both the time of day.
04:25But if it's just Jazz he's tunnel visioning for, then I don't know why he should be entertaining
04:28chats with Charlene.
04:29Well, what I will say is not this episode, but yesterday's episode, Charlene and Cav had
04:34a conversation.
04:35They said maybe we were too hasty and he went to go and try and speak to Jazz and it
04:40was
04:40Jazz who said, I don't want to speak to you right now.
04:42Lo and behold, movie night text come through.
04:44I just feel like they didn't get to have that conversation, but he did try and go
04:48and speak to her about it.
04:50I don't think the triangle is an option.
04:52Jazz isn't going to go for that.
04:53She already said like, it's basically it's a me or nothing kind of thing.
04:57And I see where she's coming from in that sense.
04:59But then there's still Charlene involved.
05:01I think this is like a triangle of hurt people hurt people, because you can say Jazz hurt
05:06Cav, but then Cav hurt Jazz and Charlene like it's just not ending up well for any of them.
05:13No, it's a really, really messy situation.
05:14But I think I think Cav and Jazz need to have a really, really honest, raw conversation with
05:20each other.
05:20Because I think from what we've seen, like Jazz said herself, like she doesn't cry that
05:25much.
05:25And to see how this upset kind of just shows like there was something real between those
05:29two.
05:30But I feel like with Cav, I think he's just he's wanted to sort of have his cake and eat
05:34it.
05:34He's wanted to explore things with Charlene.
05:36But I don't know why.
05:37I just can feel him always kind of coming back to Jazz at the end of the day.
05:41I don't think his story is with her is over yet.
05:44Well, then he needs to cut it off with Charlene because it's not fair to her either.
05:48Are Cav and Charlene running it back?
05:50Charlene says she's been very patient.
05:52Has she been too patient?
05:53Should she maybe have fought for what she wanted a little bit more?
05:56I think he was open to getting to know her again.
06:00Maybe he was a bit hasty shutting it down.
06:01And I think it was because Jazz gave him the ultimatum, me or nothing.
06:07And now I think that he's seen the movie night clips again.
06:11It's reaffirmed his paranoia that he had about the whole affair situation.
06:15And maybe it's just going to send him back to Charlene.
06:18In Charlene's perfect world, that's like what she would want.
06:21But I don't know at this point because she hasn't really made that effort,
06:24that same effort that Jazz is making.
06:26Like, I want it to be you.
06:27I'm in love with you.
06:29Getting upset in front of everyone.
06:31But I don't know.
06:32I really I don't know what Cav is going to do.
06:34It's really weird because it kind of did seem like they were running it back.
06:37I mean, he made a point of what she asked him.
06:41Okay, like, do you not want to share a bed with me because you want to be fair to everyone?
06:44Or like, like, what's the situation with that?
06:46And he was like, oh, no, we could share a bed.
06:48But, you know, it won't be respectful if we kiss and cuddle.
06:51And then you could just tell they had this moment of eye contact.
06:54And then she was like, oh, like, you don't think we'll do that type of thing.
06:57So I think I do think there is still something there.
07:00But at the same time, I just don't really know if that connection compares to the one he has with
07:04Jazz.
07:04But it's all become very, very confusing.
07:07And maybe Cav kind of just wants to get his look back now after watching the clips with the whole
07:11Jordan plan as well.
07:12Like, that was a big thing that I don't think he knew about.
07:15Oh, no, I don't think he had any.
07:16I mean, he kind of had an idea like Jazz did tell everybody else what her plan was.
07:20But now that whole plan has just been like brushed under the rug.
07:23It's been voided.
07:24Well, this is the problem because Jazz is very entitled to be upset.
07:29But so is Cav.
07:30And I'm not saying one more than the other.
07:33But again, there's a huge issue in their relationship where she's very dismissive towards him.
07:38Like people say Jazz is allergic to accountability and she's saying, oh, I'm sorry.
07:44I'm sorry.
07:44I'm sorry to everyone else except Cav and vice versa.
07:47Like he's not going to apologize to her.
07:49I think they've avoided each other like the plague.
07:50They need to work on their communication and to actually resolve things.
07:55Because brushing things under the carpet, dismissing things, you're not getting anywhere.
07:59It's just pent up anger.
08:01And it explodes in these environments when movie night happens.
08:05And then we're back at square one again.
08:06Jasmine's crying.
08:07Charlene's upset.
08:09Cav doesn't know where his head's at.
08:10It's not healthy for anyone.
08:12Well, speaking of brushing things under the carpet,
08:15I think the way that Priya has handled everything,
08:17she's been very cool, calm and collected.
08:20But at the same time, I think she's only I think she's more upset than what she's letting on.
08:25And I think she doesn't want to pop off at the girls because the girls are so tight knit.
08:29And I think because she's so hyper aware of how people are perceiving her like on telly,
08:34I think that's why she's not actually being like, actually, I think what you've done is wrong.
08:38I think she also read the room a little bit.
08:40I think if Jasmine wasn't as emotional and upset as she was, she would have had more of a conversation
08:46with her
08:47rather than the passing upstairs chair chat because she did sit Mika and Sam Raj down.
08:52But I think, again, she doesn't want to let them know that it's bothered her too much.
08:57But be vulnerable.
08:58Like, let them know and tell them a bit about themselves.
09:00She handled it so calmly.
09:02I want to just pop off and say, no, you really fucking hurt me.
09:06And it's not acceptable.
09:07I could actually never.
09:09The way I would rip them a new one, because how dare you sit there and say that you're my
09:14friend
09:14when you talk shit about me.
09:16You let other people talk shit about me and don't tell me.
09:19One thing's behind my back.
09:20Like, Priya has been the number one victim in this entire villa situation.
09:26I feel so awful for her.
09:29And I really wish she would have reacted way bigger than what we saw.
09:33But it's sad because if you don't give people like that fire, they're probably going to do it again.
09:39And I think the thing is, with Jasmine and Mika, they're great friends to each other.
09:44We see time and time again, like they're there for each other.
09:46They keep each other's secrets.
09:48They have a little gossip together.
09:51Priya is, there's a duo within the trio.
09:54And she's just that outsider who isn't really included in that.
09:57And I think she doesn't really have anyone else in there, like Ellie and Yaz are very close friends.
10:03So it's either Jaz and Mika or nothing.
10:05I think with Priya, it's a thing of like, she said it herself, she feels embarrassed.
10:10And I think for her, it's kind of a thing of, I don't know if it's like shame or whatever,
10:15but I think she doesn't want to pop off because it's like a situation that like,
10:18she doesn't want to talk about, if you know what I mean?
10:20Like, she's probably watched that and everyone in the villa has watched that with her.
10:23And she's probably thinking, oh my God, I feel so embarrassed.
10:26Like I don't even want to speak about, I don't want to give this any more energy than what's been
10:29shown.
10:29I have to give her her flowers though, because in the beach hut,
10:32what she said stuck with me specifically.
10:33She said, I'll never call someone an ick again because now I know how that feels.
10:38She's not crashing out and getting angry.
10:40She's like learning from where not only she's went wrong, but everyone else around her.
10:45Like poor Priya, man.
10:48I think we'll probably see a little bit of a shift maybe with the girls dynamics,
10:52because I think so far up until this point, it's been a case of everyone's been at peace.
10:57Everyone kind of gets along with each other.
10:59But I think now after watching that in full care,
11:01I think Priya is definitely going to have her wits about her.
11:04I don't think so.
11:05I actually don't think so.
11:06No, I think she'll run straight back to them, which is really disappointing.
11:10And I hope she had a little bit more respect for herself.
11:14Because like you have to have respect for yourself within friendships too.
11:17And you have to set boundaries and that's, they crossed a boundary,
11:20create a huge boundary and they all police each other on girls, girls, girl cord,
11:24none of that applied to Priya.
11:27And I hope she finds better friends in there.
11:28Not even just better friends, a better man.
11:31Because Jordan just got away with...
11:33I don't even count them as a couple in my head.
11:36No, they're not.
11:37He's just like there for decoration.
11:38Like I do forget that he actually exists.
11:40Yeah, he can go home.
11:41He can leave.
11:42He can go home.
11:43Because I don't know, Priya, again, wasn't angry with him,
11:46was kind of just like, yeah, this sucks, but we're in a couple together.
11:50And I did ask for some space.
11:51She said, I'm just going to gather my thoughts.
11:53We can still get to know each other, but I just want to be alone,
11:56which is really sad because she hasn't got anyone to lean on.
11:59She's been dicked over by the guy she's seeing,
12:01the guy she used to see and her two friends.
12:04So who does she have to lean on?
12:05Us.

13:30It was like, we remember in Casa, when that had happened,
13:33she was really overthinking it.
13:35So why is she let all that energy go?
13:37Or even if your man is saying to your face, that was really bad.
13:40And I think he majorly downplayed it.
13:42Like that was way worse than what he told her.
13:44Sometimes it gets to a point in there though, where you're just like done.
13:48You don't want to talk about it anymore.
13:51So I'll give her grace in that sense where it's like,
13:53if you've already had the conversation, which they have,
13:57you don't want to argue in front of everyone again.

13:59But you don't have to argue, but you can hold them accountable.

14:34He'll peck on the cheek and all that sort of stuff.
14:35At that point, she said, you don't do it when I'm here,
14:37so why are you doing it over there?
14:39Like, you wouldn't do it in front of my face.

14:41And I think that was key.
14:42So I don't know why she's not popped off at him for that.
14:44Or even just had the conversation.
14:46I think he gives in to what the boys told him to do.
14:50There was a lot of pressure on him to like,
14:52try to explore, blah, blah, blah.
14:54But we know that Lola was always going to be loyal and still would be.

14:58So even if they did have the conversation, we know she's not going anywhere.
15:03No, she'll still obviously be with him.
15:05But at the same time, I think it's a case of like,
15:07she should just stand up herself a bit more.

15:15And she needs an apology, especially from Sean too,

15:20then he should have stuck up for Yulia and say,

15:26No, Sean saying that he didn't enjoy that is crazy.

15:30One person that is, I think he's done a full 360 in that villa is Simba.

15:56But now he's realised Angie is who he wants,
15:59and he's apparently going to do everything,
16:01even shed a tear to get her back.
16:03I mean, he keeps asking Angie, do you want this?
16:05Do you want this?
16:06And where she's not saying yes,
16:08she's also not being dismissive of it.
16:10She's just saying, I don't know what I want right now.
16:13I don't know if I can trust you.
16:14But she's not completely called it off with him.
16:17But that's the problem, trust.
16:19Trust is gone.
16:19Trust is huge.
16:20That's the foundation of a relationship.
16:22And that's completely thrown out of the window.
16:24And so be it at this point.
16:27But Angie's going to go back to him, unfortunately.
16:30She hasn't really got any other options.
16:31But she did say it herself, like,
16:33she hasn't actually properly liked someone in years.
16:36So I think how she's feeling now is like,
16:38she's obviously been scared because she's been disrespected
16:41again and again by Simba.
16:42But at the same time, I think she's holding on to that feeling of,
16:46well, like, Mara seems to think Simba and Angie are in love with each other.
16:48And I think they are too.
16:50I think it's just a case of they need to sort of,
16:53they need to have better communication.
16:55Simba's actions need to change.
16:56And at the same time, Angie needs to hold him accountable for what he's done.
16:59Simba's even questioning himself.
17:01And I'm pretty sure he said, if I love her, why did I act like that?
17:05How could I do that?
17:06So he's finally looking deeper within himself and all the times he's fucked up.
17:12Oh, that man.
17:13I mean, that bit where he was talking to Sam Raj and it was like,
17:16they were both crying. I was like, what is going on?
17:19What's in the air at the moment in Mihoca?
17:21Like, what is going on?
17:22Everyone's very emotional.
17:23Everyone's very emotional.
17:23I mean, I really liked that Lorenzo was there for Angie.
17:26And maybe his advice wasn't the best.
17:29But one takeaway that, I mean, me personally in the villa,
17:33I had to constantly battle between heart and pride.
17:37And the Love Island Villa isn't the place where you let pride win all the time.
17:41If you've really got strong feelings for someone,
17:44and the only thing you're thinking about is other people's perception of you
17:47and how it might change, the only person who's losing is yourself.
17:51And that's it.
17:52If she wants Simba and she wants to make it work with him,
17:54that's on her and that's on them to figure it out.
17:57You can't think about what other people are going to think of you
17:59because you're the one who will suffer.
18:00Well, Lorenzo said specifically, who cares what we think?
18:03I don't think it's just about the people in the villa.
18:05I think it's all the millions of people that are watching.
18:08Like, don't forget, Angelus's family is watching and it's probably heartbroken for her.
18:13And then for him to do it so many times repeatedly,
18:17she has to think, am I doing this to myself at this point?
18:20If she takes him back again, is he finally going to behave after all this time?
18:25It's really hard because I do feel like in there,
18:28it's a case of like, they were never exclusive.
18:30So then it's sort of like, well, he's allowed to explore and he's allowed to have connections.
18:34I think at the same time, if there were any guys in there that Angie fancied,
18:38I think she would have been well within her right to explore that as well.
18:41But I think for Simba, it was a case of he had had multiple connections and she just didn't have
18:46any.
18:46But at the same time, that's not exactly just on him, if that makes sense.
18:50Like the whole point of Love Island is to explore multiple connections with multiple different people.
18:54But I think where he's always snapped back to Angie and they've always just been drawn to each other,
18:58I think now we'll sort of see, I don't know, I think it'll be a bit less rocky from now.
19:02I'm going to correct you there, because yes, the point is to explore.
19:05But once you explore and then come crying and saying, no, it was always you.
19:09God put you in my life. It's not exploring.
19:12Then you already know what you want. Stand on it.
19:14As much as we have a giggle about Simba's theatrics and dramaticness,
19:18I think he actually is learning things about himself.
19:21We laugh when he's like, oh, this is a journey. It's a journey.
19:24But it is for him. You'd think at his big age, he would have figured it out by now
19:29that his actions have consequences and that he's hurting people.
19:32But it feels like the penny has just dropped.
19:35I mean, he spoke tomorrow saying, my ex told me sometimes you have to put everyone's feelings before yourself.
19:41And maybe that's a lesson he's finally learning.
19:44It's harder to watching it.
19:46I said it earlier, but like once you see yourself on that screen, it's like the weirdest out of body
19:50experience because it's amnesia island.
19:53It always has been people literally forget what they do days prior.
19:57And then you see it and the tapes are ran back and the truth is out.
20:00That's why he's finally realizing.
20:02I also think it's really interesting from my perspective, how you think things have played out in your head or
20:07how you've said it.
20:08And then when you watch it, you're like, oh, oh, did I do that?
20:14And Simba was like, oh, I never knew that.
20:17But he's finally seeing the consequences of his actions in 4K.
20:22Also, him and Angie are different from the cabin jazz situation because Angie has been loyal to a T this
20:30entire time.
20:31So now Simba's like, fuck, I have this, I don't, you can't really say perfect.
20:36Anyone's perfect. But I have this loyal ass girl sitting right in front of me and he's fucked her over,
20:40over and over and over again.
20:42It was nice to see Mara and Simba finally reconcile and have a calm conversation.
20:47I think she got the closure she needed.
20:49They hugged it out.
20:51I think they can maybe form a friendship now, but I think that's it for Mara.
20:54I don't think there's anything else in there for her at the minute.
20:57Unfortunately, I don't.
20:58It's really hard.
20:58I wish I kind of wish she was an OG because I think she's such a she's like a depiction
21:02of a perfect islander, in my opinion.
21:04But it was actually really funny how they hugged it out.
21:06And I'm like, it's nice to see she's letting him touch her now.
21:09No air fist bumps around here.
21:11We did see the girls have a conversation after Simba and Mara's conversation talking about love and love should be
21:16easy.
21:17Yulia sort of said, well, life isn't easy.
21:20You know, love could be challenging sometimes.
21:22What do you think about that?
21:23I think love in the villa should be easy.
21:28It's supposed to be the honeymoon period.
21:30And we've seen so many of the couples have so many issues early on.
21:34And it's like, oh, I don't know.
21:37Love love isn't easy.
21:39It's not.
21:39But in there, I feel like it almost should be easier because in the outside world, I promise you, it's
21:4410,000 times harder.
21:46I don't know, but I do feel like the whole concept of Love Island and the tests and the challenges
21:50is to sort of replicate that in a really short amount of time and to see if you can build
21:57on something and come out of things stronger.
22:01I don't always think love is easy.
22:03Like I look at my parents, they choose to choose each other every day.
