00:38The National Group here for two months, but pretty much since we got here, we've been preparing
00:42for both the Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games that are going to take place this fall.
00:48Our preparation here is really just a lot of adjustments for the group and for myself in getting
00:54to know each other a little bit, figuring out what works, what doesn't work.
00:56And so we're excited to use the Commonwealth Games as a little bit of a test run to see what
01:01we have
01:01to keep working on is seeing what works and what better place to do it than some of the best
01:06swimming countries in the world and in ultimate preparation for Asian Games as well.
01:10We're really looking forward to the opportunity.
01:12We have four gentlemen representing us in Glasgow next month.
01:16It's going to be Ananda, Steve, Jayden, and Arvin.
01:22So we have four men.
01:23They're going to do a couple relays and also some some individual races.
01:26So we're happy with our contingent, but obviously we're going to continue to work to have
01:30more and more in the future years.
01:32I don't think we have anything concrete or time wise.
01:34We were just looking to see some of the work that we've been putting in more on some technical
01:39stuff and some racing components come into play in the games at Commonwealth Games in Scotland,
01:44I should say.
01:45So a lot of different stuff with our stroke counts, our rates, just general race prep and some
01:50little skill stuff that I think is really going to help make a difference for us in the long run.
01:54You know, it's only been a short few months and anybody who knows swimming, it takes months
01:59and years to just find there's a little bit of time.
02:02So we're looking at a little bit more of a process oriented versus the outcome here and really again
02:07just kind of see the new skills and new focus that we've had come into play and I think
02:12it's going to pay off.
02:40gaya bebas berganti-ganti.
03:10And going into this, we still want to be fast in Commonwealth Games but we still
03:16going to prioritize Asia Games over the Commonwealth Games.
03:19Mereka ditemui semasa lawatan Chef Dimichon, Kesukaan Commonwealth, Datuk Awalan Abdulaziz
