00:14and I'm very delightful to share that I have been placed with EY as a business consultant.
00:20My journey in PIBM has been a roller coaster ride from BOP to the day I got placed. PIBM
00:26has shaped me into a better human, a good communicator and leader and a very proactive
00:30listener. PIBM's academic journey, internships and life projects gave me a hands-on experience
00:36about the corporate experience and I'm not the only one who got placed with EY. Just
00:42like me there are 14 of us. Let's just meet them.
00:46So I just came across with my operation specialized batch mates and just wanted to know their experience
00:52with PIBM and how PIBM has helped them to crack EY interview. So let's just get into
00:58it. So hello, I just wanted to know your experience with PIBM and how PIBM has helped you during
01:04your EY process.
01:06So talking about EY process like basically the curriculum which they offered to us. My role
01:14in EY is supply chain management consultant. So the curriculum related to supply chain management,
01:20plus the dual internship program which PIBM offered to its students, as well as the mentoring
01:26which they offer. All these things combining, it's a wholesome package for a student to gain
01:33exposure. And for me to getting placed in EY is just quite fruitful and all it's because
01:41of my mentor in college.

01:45I would say the one most important thing if I actually had to speak about it would be
01:49as you know the hundreds and hundreds of case studies in every single industry and sector
01:53that we have done. And of course, if you're talking about as a consultant, that is what
01:57we have to do. We have to be in every single industry and sector and actually work on those
02:01cases. So yeah, that is how PIBM has helped me.

02:24So can you please share how PIBM has helped you with the EY process?
02:28With PIBM's Bloomberg terminal certifications, I have gained hands-on experience on global financial data
02:35and analytics. PIBM's profile based training in corporate finance helped me master capital
02:42budgeting, valuation and strategic decision framework. PIBM focuses on cost of capital,
02:49capital structure and dividend policy, which is deep in my understanding of how firm optimizes their
02:54finances. Through the financial modeling training here, I learned to build robust models that reflect
03:01real business cases. PIBM's training in derivative, mutual funds and fixed income securities gave me
03:08confidence in multiple asset classes. Thank you so much for your experiences and let's just hear

03:35we taught including the HR strategies, how it is linked with the business outcomes helped me a lot
03:41for understanding and preparing me for EY. Through the HR analytics training, I got to learn how to derive
03:50the workforce insights and create interactive dashboards, which will help me make smarter and data driven
03:58decisions. PIBM sessions on performance management rewards and compensations helped me to design
04:04HR policies which are essential that must align with the business and company's goals.
