00:11I would say it's the it's the perfect start. It's still a long tour
00:16obviously but it's it's the perfect start and my teammates they did an
00:21amazing job today. They were so strong. I didn't have to do much to be
00:27honest. They just drove me all the way to the finish and to take the stage win
00:32for us and to take the yellow jersey. Also for me personally after a few years
00:37without it, a few hard years, it's it's nice for me to experience it again.
00:44Seeing the joy of the boys, Afini, Jorgensen, yourself at the finish, it just
00:50shows that it means so much to win a stage like this one. It does, it does.
00:54It's it's it's the biggest race of of the world. It's it's it's an amazing victory
01:01for us and especially when it's a it's a team time trial where we're eight guys.
01:06I have seven teammates who sacrificed them for for me today and yeah it's it's not
01:13only I'm the one wearing the yellow jersey after today but they also won the
01:18stage and we have to really enjoy this and I want to thank my teammates and my
01:23team for this. Everything went as planned? I would say so. Everything went as planned.
01:28We had this this tactic and yeah it paid off in the end. The last time the
01:34winner of the Giro went on to capture the first yellow jersey of the Tour de France
01:39was back in 1993. His name was Miguel Indurain. He went on to to win the Tour.
01:45It's promising for you. Oh I mean of course I'm here to to do the best possible GC and
01:52to try to win but it's only stage one. There's a long way left a long way still
01:58off the Tour de France and yeah we we have a small gap now but of course this is
02:03the the perfect start for us. We I couldn't dream of a better start to be honest.
02:08But this jersey this yellow jersey has a real meaning for you. Oh it does it does
02:14obviously I mean as I said before I've had a few tough years for obvious reasons
02:21but but yeah coming coming back to the Tour it the Tour is the biggest race and
02:26yeah just just to be aware of the yellow jersey is something special that's
